No actually, they aren't.

Thats why this most likely won't be bad for the fans. If anything Warner will end up having to pay Fox some amount of money, but the movie should still come out.

But I think the hardcore fans might wage war against Fox if the movie is delayed because of this. :wink:

zomg awesome, it's coming out about the same time as 300 did so I can see it 8 million times for my birthday!

Well that definitely made the movie look a little more interestng. I thought the first preview looked really stupid, but I might actually check this movie out now.
 
If nothing else, read the book.

I remain skeptical about Snyder's ability to pull off something he's never done before - actually tell a story and backup his significant style with some substance - but I hope he pulls it off.
 
Agreed. I really don't see how they'll be able to pull it off. Definitely not how I would've imagined Rorschach sounding either.

I just starting reading the actual comic, really interesting so far. Hope the movie lives up to it D:
