I'm actually a sleep walker. And thus, I tend to sleep very lightly. I also tend to have somewhat "dangerous" dreams. One time I dreamt I were drowning, and woke up catching for breath after having held by breath until I almost passed out. Once I dreamt I were electrocuted several times on a train rail, and woke up in pain all over my body. I've also dreamt I were attacked by insects, and could still feel them crawling all over my body biting me even after I woke up, even though there were no insects. Not to mention the numerous times I've dreamt about playing console games, waking up with my hands in the air like I had been holding a controller. Although worst of all is when I dream of swallowing something large or sharp, such as a fork or needle, and can still feel them running down my throat when I wake up due to still being half-asleep.
I don't actually walk around much in my sleep anymore. But when I were younger, my parents occasionally found me cleaning the house, hiding behind a curtain, or attempting to open the door trying to get out. Nowadays I only really talk in my sleep or wake up in the middle of a painful dream with feelings of being drowned, electrocuted, tortured or swallowing sharp and/or large objects.
Yes, I'm scary. I have several reoccurring dreams as well, such as walking towards my cousins' house in the woods in the middle of the night, climbing mountains to go there, and then being hunted down by bats and large spiders, or on a vacation to the USA, and then there being a large earthquake splits the ground and opens a huge crack in it, causing me and my family having to jump over it. Which is actually somewhat interesting, since the first time everyone survived, the second time my cousins' family all died, the third time everyone died, the fourth time only my family died, and the last time only I died. After that I haven't dreamt it again.
The kicker, though, is that the first time, I actually were on a vacation to the USA, and the next day there were a huge earthquake that caused a bridge to collapse.
Other fun dreams includes being scorched by lava, garroted by a fence, and falling out of a 20-store building, and crushed by a car. And naturally, due to my light sleep, I tend to feel the pain physically, even if I wake up during the dream, similar to sleep paralysis. One time I dreamt I were in a dark castle attempting to rescue one of my cats, and the walls and roof started moving in towards me, crushing me.
I don't actually remember my dreams much unless the contain pain, death and torture. Although I've had some very fun wet dreams due to my light sleeping.
And don't get me wrong, I actually think my dreams are quite entertaining. Its like scary movies, but more real. And I can make my own storyline since I sometimes can control my dreams, which only makes wet dreams that much better, not to mention how you can turn any dream in to a wet dream. Although feeling like you're being electrocuted when you wake up is never fun. That's quite painful actually, feeling like 350 volt are going through your body xD
