What anime are you watching/reading?

From the first few episodes, they followed relatively well, but they skipped over some mostly minor stuff just for the sake of time. I knew it was only 26 episodes long since I'd downloaded the full series, but since the manga is up to chapter 206, they're obviously not going to get very far in the anime before they have to cut it short.

It was good, but I just didn't feel like re-watching everything that I had already read and then have to stop abruptly. I haven't watched Naruto/Bleach in about 8 months for pretty much the same reason, even though I've kept up-to-date with the manga.
 
The way Air gear ends is a giant cocktease...you want there to be more but nope lol
 
Where in the story does the anime end?
 
I can't remember exactly but it was after he did his match with the guy who has the Windmill type blades and he just became leader of Genesis.

It's like "We're going to start war on the tower but you won't get to see it!"
 
Wow that's ass, he never actually became the leader of genesis in the manga. I figured it'd be kinda like a bunch of other anime's I've seen where they just end it after an arc, not change the actual ending.

Who was the guy with the windmill blades? I don't remember him off hand.
 
One of the three kings that lead the Tridents, the guy with Blonde hair...i can't remember his name

Must have been an anime-only character or something, I did a quick run through of the manga after the behemoth fight and I didn't see anyone with that name or with whindmill thingies in there.
 
Yoshitsune is one of the 3 generals of the Kansai branch of Genesis... Rumble King and all that.

I can't imagine how you missed him. First shows up in vol 95.
 
Oh that guy, Ikki didn't actually fight him, he just did that jumping test; that's why I didn't remember them fighting.
 
Yeah, that Jump thing was their "fight" lol...But to be honest with you i think the coolest king is fuckin Agito
 
C-C-C-COMBO BREAK!

So I decided to rewatch Tsukihime last night. I watched the first 3 episodes 2 nights ago, then last night i watched the remaining 8. I gotta say every time i watch that anime I fucking love it. Such a good show. It's dark, but at the same time not so much. Just the right length and it reaches down and touches a brother heart. Plus the ending song is SO FUCKING WIN, i love it.

The main dude Shiki is awesome too because hes not like a total pansy like in alot of animes, but at the same time he isn't just ruthless no life killer either. And arcueid is just the shit. Shes awesome. In fact all the characters are pretty fucking good, all likeable.

So if you haven't seen it, check it out. Shingetsutan Tsukihime, or Lunar Legend Tsukihime. I think its my most watched anime, as in i've rewatched it more times than any other anime. Except for maybe Samurai Champloo because they played that ALOT on Cartoon Network when i'd goto bed so i'd watch it. But as far as subbed and not on TV, Tsukihime is my most watched.

Also, according to anidb its "same setting" as fate stay night and kara no kyoukai, which i think i mentioned before. I haven't seen FSN, probably gonna start it tonight so i'm not sure, but ST and KNK are defenitly similar, except that KNK is episodic movies and the female is the whole story pretty much. Def all good though, so check em out.
