The Auto-translator can be very helpful, but you need to know that a lot is translated into something completely different then what you mean to say.
Which can result in a lot of confusion on both sides.

Ultimately leading to the misunderstanding you had there.

Its like all the people that used to autotranslate reward (the bst ability) when shouting for teles and JP prime and never getting anyone to invite them, thinking that they were translating a reward of gil.

Its nice they finally added it, lol, but it wouldn't be surprising if they didn't.
 
Okay. As I do agree with on some of your points I can't shake the fact that you are taking this way too seriously and need to keep in mind that people are not perfect, fuck ups will happen, and you can turn this game off and do something else if it gets to you that much.

I have been in many party and event situations where it took us a long time to even get started because a person forgot this or some RL issue came up or I had to AFK for something that happen in RL, or they forgot whatever item for said mission/party. I just gotta take shit as it is and if you don't wanna deal with it, quit whatever you are doing and do something else or log/AFK.
 
In my four or five years of playing final fantasy the flame board has always been a popular attraction for this server. I myself have ended up on this nonsense many times without really understanding why.

This game can be stressful, annoying and piss you off to heights you never thought possible. Here’s a little joke for you, I dropped my first heralds gaiters and now the rumor is I either A. sold them to power level my goldsmith, when in reality it took me about 3 years to finish goldsmith but hey why would anyone listen to the truth, can’t tell the difference right? B. I’m too stupid to breathe. I’m not stupid actually I hold many roles in my link shell and I don’t really think a “stupid” person could handle it. I’m also a mathematician so stupid… no… don’t think so. Clumsy, blind, careless and working on 4 hours of sleep a day and couldn’t tell the difference between savage gaiters and heralds gaiters … yep.

I have been rounded up pretty fucking tight for the last 2 years because I have been the object of every freaking gaiter joke you can possible imagine. The other day, I took a moment to ask someone I have never really spoken to a question. And you know what he gave me some pretty good advice and I think you should take it too…

“Though friendly word of advice, always remember it's just a game. If you can't laugh at Yourself, then you need to lighten up a little."

Granted most of us have our on personalities and we can’t change who we are but I’m starting to realize people are going to talk and say whatever they want because the reality is you can turn the game off… and they go away for however long the power is off on your PS2.

The Moral of this story is, It's just a game. Sorry for the late post ;)
