rofl, this so reminds me of that Futurama episode where they made that Lucy leu clone. All I can see is all these guys running around town with their Mithra NPCs hugging and kissing them. LOL

Yeah, I know we prolly can't summon em in town but damn, that would make me laugh.

As a side note, I may be the first to MPK my NPC. I SATAed off her onto an Ochu and she died pretty fast.

When you get your npc, he/she designates 'rendevous points' in every town. Basically, it's a hub where you can talk to them to scroll through past quests you have completed with them, (which leads me to belive there will be npc specific quests), have them tell you their current level and combat style, and detail what battle data he/she will relay to you during combat. When you tell your npc to tell you their level/style, it is "Level 30, and my combat style is 'shield'." It's in such a way that it seems likely we'll be able to change their role, and also through repeated use, they will become fonder of you. (They seem kind of rude at first...but then again, I did pick a Elvaan male...)
