8) like the title says, where you going?

I think a few people are establishing themselves on Istory. I think I will play there :)
 
I will go wherever the majority of the community goes.
 
No idea yet, I'm just gonna settle where I know a couple of people. I play an MMO yeah but I suck at being social when I don't know anybody lol.

Takumifujiwara, Twinblake, and myself will be on Istory as well! As well as great friend we made in Beta 3, and a couple of RL friends of mine! Hope to see you all there :)

I'll be focusing on Blacksmithing and Goldsmithing! Dabbling in some Tanner, Armoury, and Alchemy too!

Same, got a couple of older XI friends, and classmates planning on Istory upon release as well.

ooo noob question inc! Now that Open Beta is over should I uninstall and delete it? :x

Yes. SE has said that leaving the open beta client installed and installing FFXIV can cause certain issues. Also, uninstalling the beta client while FFXIV is installed can result in the loss of data.

Short answer: Delete the beta before you install the commercial release.

They also said if you saved character apperance data to make sure you copied them out of the My Documents before uninstalling.

Thanks for clearing up that we should remove it. I wasn't sure what to myself. Thought maybe leaving the files would speed up the download on release.
