WHM Maat Fight

Well, it was much easier than I thought it would be. Ya read up on Maat and how to beat him and hear about how many tries to took so-and-so to beat him. Get all worked up, not sure if I'm gonna have to farm another whm test or not.

Then I go in and beat him in one try. Damn, that made me feel good.

Went in there with 6 Hi-potions, 4 hi-ethers, three yag drinks and a vile elixir +1 and I only used the hi-ethers and 2 yag drinks. Used benediction, Cure III's and a few Cure IV's, never even ran out of mp. Now I can't wait to hit 75. :3

Yeah, how many Banishga 3's he hit you with? That + WS = death -.-;; that's what got me twice, and a buncha other Whm's I know. I learned, like many others, a combination of skill and luck wins the fight. Plus, you were well prepared. A deserved victory; congratulations. Good luck on 75.

He hit me with Banishaga III maybe three or four times, and he used Shoulder Tackle on me instead of Asuran Fists. He almost had me when he Should Tackled me and then cast Banishaga III but I was able to get Benediction off in time.

Yea, my first time in I ate a Asuran Fists. lol I dropped pretty damn quick; second time I got silence, one inch punch, banishga 3 within 10 seconds of eachother, and I used my benediction earlier to save myself after a banish 3 and banishga 3 chain. x.x;; Luck helps though, my 3rd try he didn't cast banishga 3 and it was all around boring.

i went in 1/1 as well

i only bring 2 yag drinks, and thats it lol, never used my hour, and never goes below 200MP. i kept stoneskin up and blink, it really helps
