Protip: There are plenty of shitty level 75 [insert whatever job here]s. A few more points of EXP isn't going to magically make you know much more about a job, especially in this game where nothing is actually hard unless you're borderline retarded. If you don't have the concept down by level 50 you're probably not going to understand it at 75 either.

I disagree here, End game genuinely(sp) improves players 10fold imho. Sit a person in an alliance fight for a KS99 and they learn quick, you get hate you die from spiked flail. However if a person doesn't even have WHM at 75, the person doesn't really know if he/she will be much better, an assumption

If he/she/it hasn't lvled whm yet then he cant exactly give sound advice. Its like taking baseball advice from a football analyst. I mean sure the football analyst can tell you HIT BALL HARD AND RUN TO FIRST BASE, but the guy cant tell you the how to swing, where to tuck your elbow before swinging, or even how to hold your glove while pitching.
