Why did you pick your name? And wth does it mean?

Sabene and Arimis are from The Three Musketeers. Cheesy I know but my hubby and I promised we would pick names that go together this time around.
 
Andreus comes from a game that i used to play called mage knight. Surprisingly I have never recieved an ingame tell on the name, but then again, the game was never really that popular. Just to go into the depth of the character, Lord Andreus was a high-ranking general for the Atlantean Kingdom and was one of the few people in the "world" to utilize both light and dark magic. Since I had originally planned on being a red mage, i though this name would fit the character surprisingly well.
 
My name comes from nothing. Back in my Runescape days, I was trying to think of a name that would be unique and not just another "OMGLOLZORSCloud!". I just typed random, seemingly random names, combining words with other words, til I came up with this horrid frankinstein name. It stuck though.
 
Exodusamphi comes from 1. Exodus (book in The Bible), and 2. Amphi (my current high school).

I wanted it to be just Exodus, but the name was taken... and Exoduss just looked pussyish

Used to play mage knight too (3Darkstalkers(name?) + 3 Orc Shamans was my usual army). Didnt know much of the stroyline though.
 
Ichibankitsune - Although I'm not sure if it actually translates properly, as I'm just learning japanese, but "ichiban" is "number one" and "kitsune" is "fox". So it means "number one fox". :P It also happens to be the name of some kind of packaged udon or something, although I've never seen it (aside from online) or tried it. *shrugs*

All my characters' names have/will have something to do with foxes. As a furry, and being pretty obsessed with foxes, it's kinda fun thinking up names that have to do with foxes and such. Like my first ever character on FFXI (I think on the Ragnarok server, years ago) was named Fawks. If you actually pronounce it, you'd see it's like "fox", but for some reason, people tend to want to think it's a different spelling of an 'inappropriate word'. It really isn't though, unless the "aw" becomes "uh". :P

My Tarutaru mule has the name Demifox, since he's a little guy, compared to everyone else (even picked the small size for him, so he's even shorter than other tarus) and my Mithra character is Kittfox, trying to combine cat and fox, so there's still the fox theme, along with the fact that she's a Mithra. Of course, after about a month or two of having that character, I find out there was already someone with the name Kitfox (if they read this, sorry for 'stealing' the name, I really didn't know. :P).

I'm thinking if I ever make some Elvaan mule, since the names of the places with San d'Oria seem to be like, French-related, I'd use 'renard' in the name somehow. *shrug* Dunno. But the fox-theme will live on!
