We all know it's Kinkkerbelle already, we just don't have enough rope yet.

Well, mods know, and have known, but they allow him to do so, so "allowed" is the right word.
There has been dialogue between Peregrine and the mods about his return.
Allowing someone to use your acct who is already banned is a banable offense. This person should get a temp ban for 30 days like necrosis, or permaban like juveniles original acct.
Cmdrfly said:I see a gray area when the other someone is using the acct only to send PMs, particularly ones of good intent. We've got a thread going re: guidelines for punishment under various scenarios, this is one of the areas we're covering.

Well, shit then. Problem solved.
Care to elaborate? ..or was that sarcasm? ><
BSTMistress is Banned.
And peregrines new acct.
I talked to Peregrine a minute ago on AIM and he said while he did talk through Cecilee to a mod via PMs, he was never physically on his account to do so. Take it for what its worth. I don't think its against the rules to communicate through another member if the message was passed on through a third party communication system (AIM, MSN, w/e they used). Cecilee sent a message on behalf of Peregrine, but it wasn't Peregrine himself sending the message on the account.
Just thought I'd post what I found out from talking with him myself after I saw Cecilee's account had been perma-banned. Hate to see someone be unfairly banned if this does indeed exonorate them. If not, at least its out there that you can be banned for sending PMs on behalf of banned people.
I was not aware forwarding a message from a banned person was against the rules, and a instant perma-bannable without a second chance/first warning one at that.
Thanks for letting us know that's not allowed after the fact and someone has been banned.
After looking around and being unable to find such a rule quickly, gonna have to ask you to quote it for me.
Are people somehow missing what perma-banned means? As in permanent? They screwed up. Do not get to post here, do not get to send messages. They. Are. Banned.
