Win or lose != experience (for you pchan)

All it does is slow down pulling.

I haven't once had a problem with monsters not being there to kill as the last one died, so find better pulling strategies if you think it slows down pulling.

The HP-reduction slows down pulling? Or you choose to ignore that cause you cant even come up with a half-retarded answer for thatone?

Not to mention the fact that everyone is killing Odin now, instead of a select few shells. You choose to ignore that to?

I take back what i said before. A thread about Pchans stupidity isnt a bad idea. Sticky it.

If you pull 10 mob at a time bring 10 blm and aga them. probelem solved in 3 minutes. That's why it was easier before the patch. And idk what HP reduction you are talking about, cos the one I remember was done in summer 2007, 3 month after einherjar.= introduction (or 2?).

BREAKING NEWS! It is now physically impossible to pull 10 mobs at a time. You heard it here first.

It's possible but takes too much time. Nice try to revive a lolflame girls. Let's dicuss moar pulling.

Can't really put HnM into the hard part of the game. IIRC Ixion was killed like one day only after it's realease, while for instance, people took 1 month + to first reach wing3 of Einherjar or to beat their first salvage Boss.

This is you, talking about the difficulty of Einherjar, saying it is so hard because it took 1 month to reach wing 3 of einherjar.

Einherjar hasn't been nerfed at all, you'd know if you did it. The rooms are still has hard/easy to beat. If you couldn't beat a wing3 prior to the update you still can't. If you couldn't poke oding prior to the June update you still can't.

This is you, pretending that Einherjar is still as hard as it was back then.

This is you admitting that Einherjar infact IS NOT as hard as it was back then, and that einherjar in fact HAS been nerfed to oblivion since the difficulty you spoke off.

And as for you retardness with the linkin update. Some shells could handle pulling all of the same mobs, we did it fine for instance. But for the shells that couldnt handle that number of mobs (Read, the general public) the link update was a blessing, hence it being another nerf.
As for you running out of mobs, learn to adjust.

Einherjar being hard? Please.. Its a large scale meritparty with a boss at the end.

If you are terrible then yes, it takes too much time. If you have even remote common sense and understand how the game works then no, it's not hard. You can just as easily pull 10 mobs now as you could before. You really need to just grow up and realize that one of "your" events in the game was made easier and that you do indeed benefit from the nerf.

Funny thing is Pchan is mostly right there. The JP Shell I was in never lost an Einherjar before the nerf, primarily because you had to be set up to handle the whole wave at once. The Shell was set up as crowd control/nuking (with a couple of boss tanks), and the tier 2/3 mobs are particularly weak to that.

Changing to a normal setup, we still go pretty well, but still occasionally lose to tier3s where the mobs take a lot of resources to mellee down.

And it's nowhere near as easy to pull a wave now as it was... If there are two waves intermixed with a boss in the middle, before you just grabbed the nearest mob and the wave came. How do you do it now?

Like a merit PT? 1 person constantly pulling. We dont use a brd tho, we use a PLD for it. But you can usually pull atleast 5-6 mobs at a time and thats enough to buy time to keep pulling. We use 2 /assists, 1 for each alliance.

I don't normally post on this section of QCDN anymore because I think if you don't have something to say, you really shouldn't say anything at all and if you must vent you should do it in your own little private space rather than causing a whole bunch of drama for anyone reading.

I've read through this thread carefully and all I'll say is, its really a sad thing when someone who is clearly a talented player with all the skills and gear to support it, is determined to make a complete fool of himself and his shell/friends.

I'm embarrassed for them as well as myself because I too have tried trying to understand and deal with it as best as possible.

When you are such a skilled player and you build your character to the utmost perfection
as well as develop the skills to support the gear, you become a role model for people of your job and people look up to you and want to listen to your advice and they will even come to you for help and you might even inspire them to be better at the job!

However, when you make bad choices, treat people like puppets and sell LS members out for gil and build a reputation based on being an illiterate, selfish, hardheaded and just down right foolish player, not just in how you conduct yourself with other people but how you chose to express yourself, in time you build a reputation on not being exquisitely talented as a player, but just being exquisitely awful and down right silly. This is the case we have here.

It is truly sad for the people who tried sticking up for the said person. Its also quite embarrassing for us. I don't think there is anything new to add to this.

Old news is Old news.

People have looked up to PChan for his PUP (Insert whatever else there is)?

That doesn't let you pull the whole wave, and let you deal with it at all once, which was the question.

The question was how do i do it now. Thats how i do it now. Other then that, i'll just say what i said to Pchan, learn to adjust. But my point was that even if pulling the whole wave at once was great for a few shells, it wasnt to the general public. Especially not when the wave was soulflayers, the unsleepable bomb type. the vampire dogs, or any of the other more annoying mob types. When something makes it easier for the majority, it's called a nerf.

Ochan has excellent gear for all his jobs, there is no arguing that. But a retard in a porsche is still a retard.

Pchan* And he lacks a blackbelt, so i take that back, a little.

You don't need a blackbelt to know how to play monk correctly any more than you need to be an artist to appreciate good artwork.

Also I agree, it's very easy to adapt. It's still possible to pull 10 mobs relatively quickly even if you can only pull a couple at a time. It might at the absolute most cost you a minute or two to pull and sleep a big group of mobs a few at a time instead of all at once. Not nearly enough to make you lose solely because of it.

Didnt say you needed a blackbelt to know how to play mnk. I said Pchan has excellent gear for his jobs, except he is lacking a blackbelt.

Unless you were answering a completley different question that doesn't appear in the last two pages, then the question wasn't.

Although I shouldn't expect anything any different....
