Leading from Last September, all this month I had not to receive one visit from my Landlords(which is very unusual of them, normally visiting us 4x a month....), to come to give me the Inevitable eviction notice, saying I have 20 days(November 26ths) to be out of the apartment.
Reasons being were the following: None, they refuse to give me a reason or write it on the eviction notice. I was given the "We have no problemw with you, you're a good person, we just do not want you in here." Bullshit line.
Told them if they didn't have a problem, why would they evict me, they refuse to carry on or go into details, and its obvious they have a problem(And I told them) otherwise there would be NO reason to remove me from my home.
I was told to be out by Nov. 26th, also stating that my rent for the month of Nov was due on the 3rd. Otherwise if it is late, I will be given a 50$ charge on my bill extra.(Says on Lease). But I will be out by the 3rd of November to avoid future problems/avoid others.
However, this apartment has 0 problems with it, is not torn up, is not bashed at all, everything but the 2 lamps are OK. Just because of their reasons to remove me, I will promise that I will NOT get my 300$ Deposit back.
Even tho I have 'their word' that they'll give it back if everything is in tip top shape. Bullshit, they hate me, think they're going to give my deposit back? Yeah fucking right.
Only thing I need to fix is the window that shattered late last month thus cutting me to pieces and almost bleeding to death being unable to go to the hospital for it.
However, I will be moving out the 3rd of November, and everything in the apartment gone of mine by then. I could go the alternate route, reusing to pay them the months rent because I know I will not get it back, telling them to put it twords my last month's rent.
But highly doubtful that'll happen, or tell them I could stay here, and when I move out, they can fix problems in here, save reciepts then I pay them -IF- I actually had done something wrong to break/destroy it in the first place.
But thats not going to happen. No way around it, I am going to be screwed.
If most you didn't know, I JUST recently got a shit ass part time job within this past month. I had been jobless/unemployed the past 8, due to my lack to go get one(I had plenty of money to use for living by myself, I was good worker I saved up ALOT of money to live) or the unwillingness of people wanting to even hire me when I DID go to look for a job.
So as the time ticked by, my money supply had ran out, so even if I were to be evicted, I have 0$ at the end of this month, never been late for bills, or anything or not not had any money to live on, but guess this is my first time.
I will be unable to move to another apartment, as it will most likely cost 300-500$ a month for rent, NOT including utilities, opposed to here just straight 300$ a month for rent+utilities....
I was bad on my part for being too damn lazy to try harder to get a job, then I could of prevented my inevitible homelessness. I do not want pity or sake of mind from anyone either, that was my fault.
But being removed from my apartment for unjust reasons is just sad fucking bullshit, I could of stayed here easily since the rent was so low but I guess I can't now.
Even tho they refuse to tell me reasons why, its not because of the broken glass that I actually getting Ace Hardware to fix. Its because of these reasons(They didnt say these were the reasons why)
I had taken Toliet paper from the bathroom across the hall, since they had OK'ed it, since they've given me TP before.
They SAID I had been USING that bathroom(Which I have not..I am VERY edgy on sitting on another person's toliet let alone my own due to not wanting other people's bad hygine on me...sorry for being that way but yeah..) Why the fuck would I walk half way across the hallway, when I have a toliet right behind me? Why the hell?
They found a coat laying around downstairs. First off, I am too poor to even OWN a coat, let alone have it laying around downstairs, NOT to mention I don't have the stupidity to leave my stuff laying around ANYWHERE for that matter, outside my apartment for people to take steal or nosy around in it tryn to look for money or whatever.
And the main and absolute reason(unsaid) and 100% reason I KNOW without a doubt I am being removed, because I allow my friend, and you all know him as Tsuku, to come to my apartment to play FFXI with me, he has helped buy me food before, helped pay internet bills occasionally. NEVER made a problem here, and only stays the night here after passing out playn FFXI too long twice a week max here.
There is also nothing in my lease stating that I am not allowed to have friends over here. He isn't living here, as his belongings are not here, he comes to here to play > goes to his moms house to sleep.
What fuck is wrong withthese landlords, they can go burn in fucking hell and if it was possible, I'd ruin all their bullshit and put them into a debit farther down than their mother fucking ass could handle. But unfortunally I am not legally inclined enough to know how to do these things, or get around it.
I will not know where I am going after this, I do not know where I will go, I will either have to attempt to find some people to live with till I can save p some decent $$$ till I can actually move back out...or be stuck out on the streets like I was forced to a few years ago because of the retarded bullshit poverty in this town.
I have been already given a choice to move in with someone on here in FFXI, known them for 5yrs here, but I do not even have a way to ship my stuff to thier house let alone move there. I was given a notice that till I get back on my feet I could get there, and there are several fucking factory jobs you would not believe it.
But I do not want to move away if I am not evem promised a job.

To my LS: Legion, Hicant and Lews wish to join the LS, allow them, good people. Maat, please help keep the LS in tact while I am gone, I do not know if people will be willing ot do it without me there. Same with you, Darthtaru and Shadowsolider, please do not let one of my best few dreams I had on this game fall apart, its such a good group.
-If you need points updated and the sort: Send to my email the attendence for the days to [email protected] I will update it every week, even if I have to go to the library etc. So sorry for having ot leave you all for this time unknowing.
Sorry Nyzul Group, I will be unable ot climb with you farther, just GL on your climb, after all we've been 3/3 or 4/4 EVERY single time we've climbed, have yet to fail a single run from 1-60
People of Origin, best people I had fun with in this game aside from my Limbus LS: Legion. Besides evrae, you were a complete turd alot of the times, and a butthead to me, and other people who have even mentioned it. Kicking me from your Eih. Shell for not being there 15min beforee entry time when it takes 3-4min to walk there...when I had NEVER missed a run while I was online and went to 80% of the runs since I had joined. Cept the time I was unable to runic there to get there on time.
Thats the only 'flame' I will post on here. Sorry moderators, but I am not going ot make a complete new post just for that.

I do not know if I'll have access to FFXI during this time, but I will not make it a priority however. I am just hoping, maybe if I take my friends offer, if I move there and get a job...that I might be able to just stay and live there.
No use fighting with them, as nothing will become of it, I will jsut have to accept this shit that has been given to me, and they will have to suffer consequences if I decide to retaliate for them making me be a homeless bastard.
I am angry out of my mind right now, as to why they'd justify this so much, that I am to the point I would gladly mutilate their vehicle or set a apartment they own on fire to burn it to the group(if no one inside) just to cause them the pain they are going to be shoving unto me.
I won't do it, but I am very close, and on a thin line with them right now, I have never felt this way twords anyone, and sorry if I never return because I do something stupid.
