WoTg lack of content

Windurst since there's absolutely no need to have it in Whitegate anymore.
agreed mine back in sandy where in belongs

As for best expansion that difficult to say. You have ROZ which brought you sky (still some of the best gear in game) and dynamis (I think, been so long don't remember if it came before or after ROZ).

COP brought you tamas and rajas, one of the best story lines in the game (most say the best) Limbus which I find to be fun. Sea well sea double edge sword has some the best gear there, but drop rates suck and JOL takes awhile to kill unless you have 25-30 people so it not very liked. Then there the cop dynamis which are ok and Diabolo is a blast (unless you have to fight him).

TAoU brought you assaults and Salvage. Assault/nyzal are fun and easy to do with small groups(plus you get exp and IP points). Salvage is fun if you can get a good group to do it with(Great gear). Not many shells out there though. Taou storyline was good, not many fights though and the reward was a little weak for some. Einherjar however not that good. 2/3 taou got good rating the third is like by some.

So have to say every expansion had good and bad just enjoy them stop trying to compare them. This new expansion will grow soon and with the few story bits i've seen so far it look like it going to rival that of cop storyline.

However I do wish SE would sign some light on to how a 20 ft maw appered over night.

Can you do the first quest for each nation and get three pairs of boots?

You can get more using 980 Allied Notes.

Btw, take care since doing the first quest switches your nation ;<

I think thats kinda gonna be part of the storyline >.>

They were always there, we just didn't noticed them until now because they were part of the scenery.
Same reasoning with the giant stone ramp in N. Gusta.

i figured a few people would say cities just to be smart, but 70% of the population or more doesnt do cities still.

but nice to avoid the merit question and just answer the city question.

Past Jugner is the biggest piece of shit ever designed in this game.

Do Orcs really need to barricade their own barricades from behind?

One thing I noticed when you go to current time under the commands menu in the new areas it doesn't show the year as 20 years in the past(That's when WoTG takes place right? I think i'm abit off lol). They could've at least added that feature.. unless that would ruin some game mechanic in FFXI, or something that they plan on adding in future updates.

Yeah, I just wanted to know if we could get three free pairs, but it didn't work.

I knew it switched my allegiance, but what I wasn't prepared for was having to spend 300 Allied Notes to change it back. That was irritating.

Quick question for the bsts...

Are any of the new zones very bst friendly? Anything even remotely as fun as pso'xja, fei'yin, that underground place in the woodlands... (how did i forget that name...) boyhada tree, etc?

Are there any new spots for soloing as blm? Any new spots for soloing, period?

What I've seen sofar seems to be a REALLY nice camp for Bsts around lvl 70ish. The mobs are DC to 75 so you can do the math on what level it would actually be good to xp there solo.

The zone is Pashow at the Rolenberry line. The pets are those slug things and the mobs you can fight are Quads which are also DC. The pets/prey are spread out far enough that I think you dont have to do much pulling to avoid aggro. I think I might go there to skillup on scyth sooner or later, but w/e.

As for 75 I havent found anything yet. 1 piece of advice... DONT FUCK WITH GNOLES... Just dont. Dont "test" them, dont taunt them, treat them like a nerd does a jock; just keep your head down and hope it doesnt notice you. I had an EP hitting me for over 130 a shot. I forget what my gear/def was, but at 130 a shot from an EP?! gtfo. umm-umm son. there are WAAAAAAAAAAAAY easier ways to get XP.

Get Sigil. They're wimps after that.

I just wish that they had made more areas in the future available to enter in the past. So many areas are blocked off or otherwise unaccessible with the sorry excuse "LOL THERES A WAR U CANT GO THERE". Very lazy of them imo to herd us around by blocking off tons of areas in the past. Vollbow, Elshimo, konschtat, la theine, valkurm, buburimu, the 3 beastmen strongholds, and the majority of most of the major cities... just to name a few.

Nevertheless, Im sure things will get fleshed out eventually.. and there is sure to be an interesting storyline.

I dont know about that.. its only 20 years in the past (which didnt make sense in the first place.. feels like it should have been longer ago). Not having airships 20 yrs ago in game is like saying our parents didnt have airplanes when they were our age.

edit: mithra originated in kazham.. and mithra play a huge role in the windurst campaign in the past. They must have someway to transport all those felines to the mainland. Even without airships, a boat ride from windurst to kazham shouldnt be any worse than a selbina or nashmau ride.

orly?

u want a cookie?

that still doesnt explain the mithra...

you were a lil off base with how long it would take.. it looks to me like the distance between windy and kazham is shorter than selbina and mhuara >.>
