SAN ANTONIO – Moments after giving away $500,000 in "McMahon's Million Dollar Mania," the WWE Chairman appeared to be severly injured in a bizarre accident when lighting equipment crashed onto the stage and a large electric sign toppled onto him at the AT&T Center.

The extent of any injuries were not known at press time, however, the WWE Chairman was immediately treated at the scene by paramedics who fitted him with a neck brace, loaded him onto a stretcher and rushed him to a local medical facility via ambulance.

WWE officials said that they are conducting a preliminary investigation into the equipment failure. Officials also said that any emerging facts, as well as Mr. McMahon’s medical condition, will be updated at the WrestleMania XXV press conference on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Houston. Yeah let's promote the WM25 press conference by giving an update to Vince's medical status there, it's a work, Vince just knows how to sell it, even moreso by breaking kayfabe.
It's like a year plus 10 days to his past death storyline, which was ruined anyways, maybe do something similiar for the anniversary.

HHH went to smackdown because they need a balance the stars out look at the list 4 big stars went to raw 4 big stars went to smackdown and 1 went to ECW. ECW got the short end of the stick but Matt Hardy should be good chimisty with the up and coming stars of borne and Kofi. Would not play well if you had that many stars on one show. On other hand was really hoping that edge would have went to ECW would been nice to see Theodore Long get some revenge on him.

Btw you notice that both contenders for the US championship are ECW now, and that if Batista wins the World championship and HHH keeps the WWE championship that the titles can potenally switch shows. As for kane and the gaint fight I think it quite clear whos going win that. Question I'm wondering who going face jericho for the intercontinental Championship.

Why would Austin be his partner? DiBiase is clearly heel. From what I've been hearing it'll probably be DH Smith.

Great Khali is hilarious in Get Smart. I hope they keep using him for comic relief a la Big Show. I think JR, HHH, and Jeff Hardy moving to SD was their attempt to get people to watch it. Lord knows I never watch it anymore but I might tune in now just to see how this all plays out.

The fake injury thing was obviously fake. Just the way he was coughing and acting stupid right before the stage fell makes it obvious, and the fact there was a camera angled absolutely perfectly to catch each piece of equipment "failing" (in particular, the first thing falling was majestically captured by the camera angle that hadn't been used the entire night until then).

I'd like DiBiase more if he didn't feel the need to repeat his "priceless" line every time he touched a mic. Hopefully he can wrestle.

I'm still digging the random Cade heel push. His promo was actually pretty good for a first time big-screen heel promo.

Anyone else tired of Santino literally losing to everyone on the show? Like Jimmy Kimmel's cousin wasn't bad enough they job him out to Hornswoggle too? Might as well just make him an interviewer or something.

I was grating my teeth listening to his listless commentary. I turned to Dani and even remarked to her that he can't talk to which she readily agreed. To be a young heel you have to be able to piss people off on the mic to have a future. Part of the reason people love Y2J is his young heel days.

Jeff Hardy's new music officially sucks balls. I hate him and the little teenage girl reaction he gets. Every match he wrestles is the same. He will probably be fired by the end of the year since he can't lay off drugs anyways. Orton's new music sucks too but it was good to see him back. His refusal to give away the money was great.

RAW is stacked. ECW got raped. Smackdown is whatever.

I'm too old fashioned I think. In the late 90's I preferred WCW. I grew my hair long because I marked for the entire Crow Sting angle. I also really enjoyed slacker Raven who would make Kidman get his ass kicked instead of wrestling. His feud with DDP was epic. I also digged Bret Hart, but he sucked in WCW.

The early 2000s were ok. DDPs I like ME character was amazing. The Rock was in his prime sodomizing people on the mic, and of course Steve Austin changed the wrestling world forever with one word.

So I resent there is no ONE standout right now. I hate Jeff Hardy, Y2J is underused, Cena sucks period. At least Kahli finally made the world laugh last night.

ECW didn't get raped as poorly as you all think. They will start touring with Raw instead of Smackdown in about a month. Cross promotional matches my friends.

As for DiBiase, he'll probably get D.H. Smith and I can see Natalya joining that group sometime soon. Get a good stable by putting Carlito in it and you have I think all 2nd Gen wrestlers.

Evan Bourne is going to make a huge impact on ECW. Sydal is such a talented athlete. I can't wait to see ECW tonight.

couldn't agree more with this, i really liked watching him in the cruiserweight division on Smackdown, but as soon as he won the world heavyweight title it was pathetic. I really couldn't stand watching him defend that title, it would have been far better to give him the US championship imo.
