Look, I'm an African American. Anyone who has a problem with that can come see me. Stop being little gay cowards and hating on ppl you don't know behind anonymous computer screens.

This guy Trancos bugs a friend of mine about borrowing his Osode to the point where my friend asked me to say that I was using it. I had no idea the guy was so crazy about this Osode. He practically stalked me and I felt like he might actually steal it. So my friend keeps making excuses and I don't blame him one bit because he wasn't sure that this was the same person he knew before and to me he just seemed way too eager to get his hands on that Osode; an item worth over 100mil. I told my friend to just tell him no and be done with it but he's a nice guy and likes to help people. He was even thinking of quitting if this guy stole it which is proof enough he was close to letting him use it.

But whatever. I can understand he might have been disappointed but there is no rule or courtesy that says someone has to let you borrow a 100+ mil item. But the main issue is this guy said something to my friend to the effect of your black so its to be expected. In other words he was trying to say black people are naturally dishonest. And there are pics of my friend on ffxiplayers. He's not even black. So WTF Trancos? You were all nice to me when you wanted my friend's Osode and now your throwing racist insults from the safety of your computer? How bout I email you my address and you can say that shit to my face. You don't see me telling every white person they're dishonest like the ppl who stole America from Native Americans and called it manifest destiney. So don't let me hear any of your ignorance near where I can physically "educate" you.

Try any online game in existence. Doesn't matter which game genre, fantasy, sci fi (although its common in online FPS, go figure) when someone is safe hiding behind the net they'll spew the nastiest racist trash they really think of but usually keep to themselves. unless they're from the south or something.

point is, this dude is an asswipe and being pissed off because you can't kick his ass irl isn't going to make you feel better. the only solution is to destroy the internet so ppl either have to stfu or say it in person.

but then we would be short a lot of good porn, so its a double edged sword.
 
The portrayal of African Americans in media also worsen the problem. Everyone might be rascist in small ways due to the enviornment they grew up in, education from school, or even their parents. As someone I knew said before:

It took the Americans and British people a war to figure out they were both White (Caucasian)
It took another war to figure out that Black and White people, well, were both PEOPLE
Then, several hundreds of years later, it took another movement to give women rights.
The same thing happened with Asians and Latinos later on, took a long time to realize that we're all people, with the same organs.

People are stupid, have to live with it.

I still remember the day I first heard that in 4th grade. I wanted to stab the girl who said it in the eye with my plastic lunch spork, followed immediately by "God made me, do I hurt you stupid ignorant bitch?!"

Granted, she was 10 years old, but why was I at the same age able to realize the idiocy of that little saying?

How is this connected to racist bastards? Well, it's things like parents raising their children to believe things like that is sad to say the least. I'm not saying their is a right[/b] way to think, but there is a humane way.

And I'm part black myself (I don't give a flying fuck about politically correct sayings like "African American", "Hispanic", "Latino" and that crap), and part mexican. I show people what happens when they want to run their mouth and think they can get away with it.

Feel free to speak your mind. And I'll feel free to express my reaction.
 
Well I'm here to be entertained by the posts made on the Flameboard, so I'm certainly not going to start arguing with you.

However, I will make one more post to clarify my previous one.

The original poster made this thread because he was unhappy with the racist remarks made by another player. Sounds legitimate to me. However by then calling the same person "gay" he basically is doing the same thing. Is it alright to call someone "gay"? It's obviously wrong to discriminate against people based on skin color, but not sexual preference? Thats complete bullshit in my book.

So Maximilium, while your calling me a douchebag, and a racist (why, I don't know), stop to think about how hypocrital it is to call someone "gay" for calling someone else untrustworthy for being Black.
 
I just think you're being overly sensitive about it. I say shit like that about mexicans, and womens but I'm just talkin talkin, and I honestly have nothing against mexicans or women. ok maybe women bitch a little too much, but still...

now if he woulda been going off on you because you're black, and saying shit like "you niggers are all the same fuckin black people suck" or something like that, it woulda been diff, but its like if I were in his situation I would have prolly said something about being a mexican.

also doesn't your friend know wtf blacklist is? that would solve your problem. hey here's what you do, tell him that I Have your osode, and to ask me for it... he'll like that. :)

Since when is Gay a race? I'm not flaming someone for not being politically correct. I couldn't give a damn about that. And I don't think its racist or even insulting when someone is just joking around. Racial jokes are normal and expected. And I joke around with ppl being gay all the time. If gay ppl have a problem with that then that's tough. People don't have to accept your personal decisions and lifestyle choices, especially if they think its wrong like I do (even though lesbians are hot).

Next someone will tell me not clown on NAMBLA or people into bestiality. Homosexuals might want to compare being gay to being black but I'm not feelin you on that at all and neither were they slaves to heterosexuals and nor do we accuse gay ppl of being thieves and whatever else. Regardless, this isn't a platform for a gay rights parade. This is about racism. Now when someone accuses you of something foul and then tells you that its natural because you're gay THEN you can complain. I've had many white friends and none of them ever said anything like that. Because it wasn't a joke. He's just an ignorant racist.

Point blank: gay ppl are not a race or ethnic group. Beyond that is a greater debate dealing mostly with your own opinions.

My friend blisted him before he told me about what he said. And unlike when you say things it is most likely understood you're making a joke. The problem is when no one is laughing and everyone just sits there staring at you because they're offended. There's a big difference. Am I suprised there are ignorant racists in the game? No. I'm just using my right to flame him as payback for what he said to my good friend and in place of knocking him out if we were face to face.

We're regularly compared to sheep fuckers and accused of being child-raping sex maniacs, and of course you reinforced that by lumping us in with them again. Points for style!

I never get tired of hearing the catchy jingle of everyone's favorite game show, "Who's More Oppressed?" Black folk win that game hands down, but don't feed me any bullshit about gay people having a free ride. Gay folks have also been beaten, tortured and murdered... and of course Hitler was more than happy to round them up send them to the ovens with the Jews.

I'm just glad I wasn't the only one amused by the original poster complaining about a racist remark and then throwing the "gay cowards" line.
