Yeah, it seems that it's almost always the worst players that are horrible in grammer and can't spell for crap (coughTeppocough). If you're not going to put enough effort into your posts so that they're understandable, then why should we bother trying to read it?
 
Anderithe do you have any idea who you are calling a piece of shit lmao??? first of all i've been in situations where ppl needed 1 2 or 5 seals and i always passed without np cuz some ppl make gil with bcnm... and beetles don't drop anything good except a few jaws and i know bruce is not the kind of person who would go low just for the stupid jaws.

Seals do idiots no good, so how about you just pass on any seals in your future parties? Trust me, you need them about as much as Cookie Monster needs low-carb cookies.

Did you even bother trying to figure out what this whole topic was about? It's not that he needed seals, it's that he SET QUARTERMASTER TO GET THEM. I've passed on them as well for people, but I have not once seen someone put quartermaster when they wanted them. When multiple people wanted the seals, we either cast lots, or random distribution. You DO NOT be a greedy ass and just take everything you want. I would have told him to take quartermaster off when I noticed it and if he didn't, I would have disbanded.

Leader gets all drops and then can decide after, by trading, who gets what.

Leader decides who gets drops actually. The quartermaster does not have to be the leader, the leader only chooses who it is.
 
Wow, I avoid this topic for a few days and it goes nuts.

Bruce, you forgot to mention that I also said I needed the Beastmens AND the Kindred's seals as well but I got none because of your quartermaster bull. And its obvious that I don't need to insult your quality of play any further because your grammar has exceedingly proved itself. I love that you say things such as "I don't camp NMs or buy gil" because neither do I. I farm like just about everyone else. I go out for hours on end killing thousands of crawlers or doing events like Garrison for the money I need. You can't expect to be given what you want all the time. The world does not revolve around you. I wanted do BCNM 40 as a PLD and I was 3 seals away (which I've since recieved from kind parties) from the 80 I need to do two runs. When I want an item in a pt, whatever it is, I ASK and if they say no, I don't pull anything stupid. And as for you insulting my abilities to hold hate, you should learn by now that any heavy damage dealers can pull hate off the best of tanks if they spam attacks. The best rangers out there know when to hold back on a shot or two, or how to time Barrage right before a voke so as not to mess with hate. Besides, I've been complemented by almost every pt I've ever had about my ability to keep hate.
 
ok seals can be a bit if a issue for some ppl I lvled my 50 rng to 57 with signet up, I prob saw 30-50 seals drop and non of them went to me and I mean NON. I took it for a while but I did start to really get pissed I question the farness of the auto loot sometimes. And ppl gave me shit about askin to loot on a few just to make sure i get something. My point pay attention to who gets what in the so called "fare auto looting" and if u notice one person gettin all or most the seals or crystals just do the right thing and be fare to the group. Everyone needs seals and crystals so everyone should get alittle of al that. my main is a rng and although rng is expensive to maintain thats the price u pay for having a job so easy to play and so demanding. everyone has a role to play in a xp party and no one deserves more than anyone else. but at times the auto distrabution of item mainly seals and crystals can be exetremely one sided so you ppl cant completely disregard that. everyone needs to pay attention to how the items drop and say something if there not dropping farley
 
Random is random is random. If you don't like how the seals or the crystals are dropping go get a low level job or hop on your BST and farm them up yourself.
 
your probably on the side of the random that gets most of the seal drops. whats so random about one person gettin 70% the seals that drop i dont like that and i think ppl should be more willin to keep it fare. if we all play a equal roll in the party we all deserve seals and crystals. of course theres nothing i can do about the random drops but many ppl can agree it isnt always fare. i just dont want to be bitched at when i noticed this one person got 7 seals and the others only get 1 or even non and ask to get 1.2 so they can say they got something outta the party besides xp

Red your absolutley right, sometimes its completely unfair, however, you should never EVER put quartermaster on, never! Its ok to ask but never ok to quartermaster.
