I work full time, pay bills, go to school, and I pay for my on school (haven't taken a single loan to date). How can you say college kids aren't responsible or mature when there are tons of them like me out there? Yea, there are a bunch of kids who waste mommy and daddies money and drink down the years and party but goddamn don't you dare judge the whole community of us off them. There are also kids like me who choose to drink etc. but they still get shit done.
Thank you, you made my point. You don’t like me tossing generalization. Statically in the last 5 years more adults are playing games than teens across all platforms. There are statically more adults playing on PS2 than teens, but you choose to make a generalization based simple on a smaller number of teens who makes asses of them selves in the game. Most PS2er you don’t even know are playing on PS2 and there where annoying teens in the game even before the US PS2 release.
Ask around... pre PS2 US release > PS2 to present in terms of immature acts and mpking. That was all I was trying to drive. Maybe now that this generation has aged they cater to us but I find it hard to believe more kids own PC than adults and the fact of how mature the game was pre U.S. PS2 release then after. PC has more, imo, adult based games especially in the adventure section (ex: myst, syberia etc.) and traditional rpg's than console so it seems they cater to a more mature audience. Though to counter my own statment PC does release a lot of FPS which is popular amongst the H.S. people. I just know this. I live in Dallas and everytime I go to a CPU convention or huge lan it's adults in the majority. When there are console tourneys good god at the kids attending (not saying it's a bad thing). The stats use to show majority of games being catered to teens but I guess as we grow older they consider that and cater to us and the younger.
I'd like to add though. My comment of the CPU players being older because more older people play PC games to Console games holds true in that survey... 18-35+ years old = 66% So my argument was correct...I just looked at your surveys and noticed that.
