When wondering where a friend is you think "/sea all <insert friend's name" and realize it doesn't work. Heard this one from someone else: When going out and you have to put a jacket on, you say "One sec, I need to equip my jacket."

When you try to press Ctrl+R in an instant messenger online to try and send someone a message, and escape to cancel what you were typing but you exit out of the chat conversation.

When you think everyone else has a FFXI character and wonder what job and race and server your friends and everyone else who doesn't play FFXI.

You go out somewhere further away from home and then you try to cast warp on yourself to return to homepoint :/

I tried getting my girl to play. She is just learning to play video games. I'm starting her off with the New Super Mario Brothers for DS and trying to work up to playing a real game lol
 
lol. I'm just weening my gf on my mule, so she can learn how to do basic stuff. If all goes well, she might be on by xmas.
