Zalbar and Jehm

I'm sorry but I don't believe the "Didn't know we were leaving" Zalbar came to a few runs after she stopped showing. That still doesn't redeem not telling us they were leaving.

To say she didn't earn it is BS. Her teir was up, and she won the lot. We merged LS both sides were given their rights to vote. There was no wait period for Umai members to lot in my shell, and no wait for my members who were in high enough tier.

She earned the right to lot in Badnfluenz, they showed up to pretty much every run, which is evident by her having attained all city AF for BRD, even though it was her sub.
 
Imo lotting on an item then leaving is BS, if it isn't for you... well then that's your opinion isn't it? You're entitled to it, as I am to mine. The LS was pissed that she lotted then never showed after. As was Jaise. And I repeat, not telling us they were leaving was wrong.

To be fair bst 15-25 is a pain in the ass. Not exactly the easiest or most fun thing anyone could do with their time. BST is a very, very soloable job, but it'd be naive to think it's that easy from 15-25.

Most of us bst's still have nightmares of buburimu peninsula and valkurn dunes.

Not making excuses for that bst. Just being fair. Lots of jobs have PL's at that level. BST isn't an exception.

My BST is lvl 53, I'm familar with the nightmares of 15-25. :)

Edit: I solo every job from 1-20. It doesn't take long just slaughtering every DC that moves, and with a regen and/or refresh drink there's no resting involved. PL helps, but it's not needed. Jehm was just being lazy, as evidenced by her shitty gear.

Yeah I agree. When I need to take a job up, I level it as far as possible, or until I get bored/lonely and need human interaction in the form of a party.

People think it's boring killing EP-DC mobs for exp. Shit, I consider it farming beastmen seals. If you change your mindset on how you think about it, it's not bad. And you still end up pulling pretty damn good exp. Because you're not /healing after every fight.

i solo DD jobs to 20. im lvling whm for sub reasons and i took it to 13 till the lack of people interaction madness set in :wacko:. solo'ing can become boring very fast so a PL can be helpful. helps you get through the pain.
 
I guess I'm just weird, I prefer to solo/duo/party without a PL even at the early levels because it gives me a chance to learn my job's abilities and limitations. The painful death here and there is usually a lesson of what it can't do, or how not to do something. So hopefully I learn then and not make noob mistakes when I'm level 50something.

You got a lot of 70+ jobs, if you haven't figured out 75-95% of every job in game (60-80% onnew jobs) you haven't been paying attention in your parties.

Can tell the basics from watching, yes, but to get good ingrained habits of when to do what when things go wrong, and simply getting used to the timing and macros of jobs like bst, smn, pup....in a party you only see the visible effect, and if you're lucky, you don't get to see what they can do when things go really bad. I just like to get comfortable enough on a job to be able to handle myself if I get in trouble on it, be it alone, or in a party. Want the correct response to be swift and without alot of thinking about it, because in this game a few seconds can mean death. I mean, how often do you see mages that run around like morons when they get hate, spam cure on themselves, and die? Doing those lower levels without a PL might have taught them a bit about hate control.
 
I solo for beastman seals. Taking drg from 13 to 16 and blu from 13 to 21 in the past week I've gotten 67 beastman seals. Giggity-giggity.

I got close to 70 seals in one day. About 35 of each beastman and kindred. Beat that. :P

I only did it once though. <3 Chigoes & Karakuls.
 
LMAO! They were in Den of Rancor trying to get a flickering latern and I know Jehm from a dynamis shell and he is cool. But lol I got this desire to slap Zalbar so I kept slapping him like 3-5times then I ran off lol. then later I died and my brother asked Jehm to raise me and he wouldn't. LMFAO it was pretty hillarious though. Then I just saw this post and thought I would add that lol.

I never knew her very well I dont think she liked/likes me very much when I was a noob in IC and asked if she was a she, since all the female chars I met so far were guys.
