Zerayla's FinalFantasy Art

And here's another sketch I did up today (worked on it earlier this week here and there)

Originally it was going to be a picture of the black haired ponytail Hume model from FFXI, but slowly I started to see a little bit of Terra from FF6 in it, so I decided to add more and turn her into Terra. I realize some of the details are different, but that's ok because when I do fanart I typically re-create the characters in my own style ^^

Enjoy~

LOVE!!!!!!! it~ :D I really like your style its very clean and simple, but lots of emotion behind the drawings. <3 <3 :D

I just love the details in your work, like the curls in her hair, the stitching of her armlet and the smallness of her necklace. I also really like the subtle emotion of it... the way she almost looks wistful like she could be about to cry or on the verge of a smile thinking about someone. It's wonderful.

Thank you both :)

Just did this one today. I could have put a bit more time into it, but I think i'm going to try and just keep producing as many sketches as I can to practice and hopefully improve my skills.

This is Aeris (or Aerith) from FF7

That is awesome, your style of drawing has a sense of innocence and sweetness to it. I like it.

Edit: You're also very good with drawing hair. I completely suck at it.

You know I always like your art but decided I should mention it here too. :D Gives us moar!!!

Also, the forum suspects I am a bot so I needed to post something. >_<;;;

Aw, didn't see the last few posts. Thank you everyone :)

Here's another one of Terra (FF6) that I drew. I didn't put as much time into this one as I did the others, so it isn't exactly as great as i'd like it to be, but practice is practice eh?

:O Terra!! *__* I love it! Ooh think you can color her in? XD She's my all time favorite FF character.

Thanks again for the comments.

And I hope to color most of these recent pics soon, but need both the motivation and time (or rather patience) because i'm a bit of a perfectionist ><

I didn't know you were an artist too, nice work zera!

Should give me some pointers next time on vent :D.

Thaank you!

So does this mean you draw too? Where's your stuff?! O_-

Yes I used to draw back in middle and early high school but in the past few years I haven't had the time. I am trying to get back into it though but I'm finding it hard to start again. I usually don't like showing my stuff unless I feel its good enough but I suppose I could put up a few of my old pics.

Do eeeeeeeeeeeeeet! We need more artists on QCDN to post their stuff =)

love the piccies! ^^ MOAR@@@!!!@!#&)*@&())!(#^@!(&!#
