I know this might be breaking a unwritten LS rule but I need some information on strategies for the 18 person Ouryu BCNM. Since I kinda became the LS ENM chairman I would love to try this. If anyone can give me some strategies or recomend party set ups that would be greatly appriciated. Cause...

Hey, can anyone give me some input about working setups on this BCNM, other than nin, nin, rdm(or bst)? this will help out alot D:

http://ffxi.somepage.com/bcnm/53 Have you ever tried this before? Any words of wisdom? I'd like to get the Morbolger Vine and if i'm able to do it without having to camp a NM that only pops once a day, then all the better. Although.....I dont think my lvl is high enough to be of any help...

So I wanted to get my AF helm tonight. Got a couple of friends together and started shouting in Jeuno to fill up pt. This is what we came up with: SAM58 - RaiderX SAM70 - Shadowzkull DRK68 - Perciva BLM75 - Shosaso PLD70 - Skreb WAR66 - Varlli (thanks for the help <3 ) Get to the BC and i...

I've looked around the internet some, checking the multiple forums, but I don't see any that mention the 'ease' or lackthereof for this BC. Anyone else done the Pirate's Chart BCNM in Valkurm Dunes. I am just looking for the basic really. How hard are the mobs? Any particular jobs they are...

I know that 2 Nin/? and RDM/NIN is the reg, for this. BUT my NIN is not that high. Lord knows i'm not a camper nor do i have that much cash to buy one, so my last option is to do the BCM. This is just a question because i honestly dont know how a war/nin would do in this BCNM and i cant find any...

I'm gonna level my bst again (it's lv 6), but I had a question: What other two jobs should come with me? I have 2 RL friends I could bring, but what jobs should they have for the best chances of succeeding?

Hope this is the right section, was just curious if anyone could recommend one of the lvl 50 BCNMs that drop Quake, and if they could suggest the party set up. The blm in my static needs this and unfortunately getting the gil to help him isn't quite easy with not having a lvl 75 job. I've been...

SquareEnix ran an event in Japan this weekend to show their upcoming titles and there was a FFXI event where some selected players were able to play an AllStars Game : BCNM vs Prince Trion, Ajido-Murajido and Volker.

Someone once told me that if you eat a lucky egg before you open the chest for BCNM, you would get better items. I never considered it, until I actually got a lucky egg. So, please, fill me in? I don't wanna waste the egg on a BCNM if it won't effect anything. ^^ Thanks!

Anyone up for a BCNM 40: Worms Turn later tonight?

After seeing a crazy video of a Galka MNK/WAR soloing rank 3 and actually winning the dang thing, it inspired me to try and do the same.......unfortunately without the same results. XD My first attempt as a MNK/WAR, actually did pretty good. Killed the eye quickly, used 100 fists right before...

I've just hit 40 with my blm and planning for the expensive levels to come (elemental staves, ancient magic, etc. etc.) I was wondering if there are any BCNMs that are "blm-friendly" and that have decent drops. From what I've heard so far (and some guides I've read), BCNM 40 is mostly the...
