    Does DEX affect critical hit rate for Rampage?

    "Delivers a fivefold attack. Chance of critical hit varies with TP" is what description says for Rampage under the menu, so we know that TP affects critical hit rate for sure. But my question is how about DEX, and other things like raised critical hit rate in merits, +6% critical hit weapons...
