I'm calling it now, in the next week prices will take a substantial drop. They won't be all the way back to where they were, but I see most dropping at least half way back down.

That's a new record. After reviewing the server stats I am pleased to say that there was no slowdown at all, and that there is still plenty of room for expansion. My guess would be that the current server can sustain 400 simultanious users before things would start to slow down some.
