So I recently changed my PS2. Sony is stupid and I have to reconfigure my HDD to the new PS2. I called them and was told that I have to use the HDD utility disc that came with FFXI to do this... Now the problem is, The 2 discs that came with FFXI were the FFXI disc and the POL + Tetra Master...

Okay, we all know the story. PS2 begins to stop reading CD's and PS1 games. Then it slowly starts phasing out DVD's, and ultimately stops reading DVD-disc PS2 games. Now, i've been an -avid- supported of Sony Playstation 2 for many a year. But this is my one major gripe with them: I've owned 3...

One of my good friends is having trouble installing CoP on her PS2, and since I'm on the PC I really have no clue what could be going wrong. She said something along the lines of it not even installing, it just sits at 0% install progress. If anyone has had a similar problem and knows how to...

Hello, people of Quetzalcoatl. My mom just called me to tell me about a recall she saw on the news about ps2's, so I thought I would let everyone know. It seems that the AC adapters on some of the new slim model ps2's made between August and December 2004 have been overheating and melting. So...

My modem broke about two weeks ago, and I finally got it replaced wednesday. So that's where I've been. Unfortunately, the product that I use to hook up the PS2 to my computer, the Nyko Net Extender, has also broken. I don't want to shell out another $70 for a net extender, but i was thinking...
