Adding Extra Letters in Your Name

I'd say that makes you Irish :p

Either way, I don't like whiskey in that case.
I find College Football to be along the same lines as cult worship :o

My grandfather was Irish. lol.

Im not into any sports at all. Not a sports person in the least bit. In the past, I have tried to be, but it just doesnt grab me. Beer pong stands in the same light as any other sport. (unnecessary, but decided to add it anyway)

Ive never been on an ATV, despite having lived on an 'animal-less farm' while 2 of my brothers did have ATV's. Ive never driven a pickup truck, either.

Driving an ATV or a Pickup Truck doesn't make you Southern anymore; CEOs of major corporations and soccer moms can drive pickups, and cops drive ATVs loads :D

Although I own a gun passed down to me by my grandfather, I've never fired one, and I recoiled in horror at watching the same grandfather skin a raccoon he'd killed :|

I think any minor vestige I had as a Southern man died that day, as I'd lost any kind of willingness to "go hunting".

lol, I dont own a gun, and Ive never been hunting, just because I suppose Im a 'hippie' about killing animals. Sure, anyone else can go do it, but Im not going to unless theres suddenly some kind of huge disaster in the world that means I need to go hunt for food instead of buy it.

I have been horseback riding at my aunts farm. I didnt wear a straw hat, flannel jacket, straight leg jeans or leather boots, however.

I also dont smoke. (not that that counts, but marlboro seems to be a popular cigarette around here.)

This is why you fail.

Marlboro cigarettes are popular everywhere, even in foreign countires. It's scary.

I travel a lot, and in every other place Ive been, its quite the contrary. Especially when I was up in new jersey. Some kind of GT's or something or other were the popular thing. New York, some kind of mini cigars were the popular thing. Down in florida, camel and some other menthol cigarettes were the big thing.

I dont see how this makes me 'fail' in any way, lol. Or were you trying to burn me for something unburnable..?

lol are you getting as rapidly tired of this as I am Ruffy? It almost feels like the "You know how I know you're gay?" bit from "40 Year Old Virgin".

I don't smoke either, never have, but I wouldn't necessarily call that a Southern trait. In fact, the cities of Charleston and Mount Pleasant just went smoke-free :o As is the city of Houston, if I recall correctly (someone clarify that for me please).

My last bit: My father is from North Florida, my mother from Texas, and my younger brother is from South Carolina. I was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

I don't wear "Crocs" and I hated the American Civil War out of all the history lessons I learned in school, and I was a History Major at one time.

I rest my case.

I suppose Ill stop, but no Im not really tired of it, lol.

:3 you fail because I like cowboys, even though I'm not remotely country in any way. I think its some kind of born-in female reaction, I dunno. XD Like I said earlier, no caffiene = weird Morwenny. Forgive my tomn00bery.

lol, I understand.. Which is one of the main reasons I connected marlboro and the south (even though texas isnt in the general area of tristam and myself)

I'll rerail the shit out of this:

other onlineisms i fucking hate, and mock with the utmost condescension:

lollerskates
roflcopter
lollerkeekles (only ever heard this once, and wanted to stab the mofo who said it)

Hey I at least have a good story behind my 3rd "D"!

Not to derail the wonderful OP or anything but... about the spelling.

What you seem to forget is that atleast half of the FFXI playerbase, doesn't have english as their native language.
And a whole bunch is kids, who are bad at languages period, due to not so much schooling yet.

I'm from Sweden, so telling me my english spelling sucks is like telling a woman her dick is small. Not much substance in that smack-talk.
I would like to see you talk even half as fluid swedish, then come bitch.
And really, complaining about it is just ingnorant, and many times mean.
You dont tell a limp person to fucking walk like a normal person, well I guess some of you are self absorbed enough to do that to.
But alot of people seriously can't type, and are already feeling embarrased enough about it.
Not helping when you shout "LOL, definetly".

Although, a person who actually can spell correct and twist every word as much as he can, is about as annoying as a pimple in the ass.
Maybe even worse.

Carry on.

sigged for the damn truth.

People who use perfect grammar, spelling, capitalization, etc. in-game kind of get on my nerves :/. I expect them to give me a fucking symposium or something.

This is pretty much why I throw in those stupid things like "lawlz" or talk like an idiot at times. It breaks the monotony of typing my report on FFXI, and makes the game a bit more fun by giving it some emotion and character.

An example being "hay guyz, wantz ta go killz some stuffz?"

An obvious break off from the way I normally type, so its known as a joke. But it doesnt really matter. The way people type in-game or on forums shouldnt really be some kind of habit that should be judged with an iron fist. Its just stupid. Not stupid in the unintelligent way, but stupid in the "I wanna be better than you" way. A lot of qcdn flocks around, trying to get support and/or pats on the back from the other members, and I believe they think bashing other people is the way to get that done. Which does apparently work.

So even the 'normal' people on qcdn arent any better than the people that dont put forth the effort to type legitimately. (this doesnt include foreigners who arent fluent in english.)

Yeah, not using grammar is one thing, but being a dick about it and/or being ridiculously over grammatical is a pain in the ass too.

lawlerskates, i shud makez my name XCloouuudddpwnzsjoohardxxsxx

People that use periods to finish their sentences kind of annoys me even though I know a couple of people who do it. It kind of gives off the feeling of condescension and arrogance. It's almost frigid in the manner it's done even though they very well could be very friendly in the way they mean it and in the case of the two I know who do that, that is the case. Ironically, not many people seem to grasp the concept of misinterpretation and actual intent.
