What Bothers Me More Are The People Who Type Their Entire Sentences With Capitalized Words. If You Want Condescension, Look No Further Than A Player-Character Who Was Recently On The Flameboard.

Most people that do that, do it for the visual appeal to make it look nice more than anything else. It's kind of like when you finish a sentence with a tilda.~ :nyam:

lol to me, it doesn't look nice; it reeks of pretension. but different strokes for different folks, i guess.

And back to what I said earlier, misinterpretation versus actual intent. What you're interpretting isn't what's actually intended. I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt and if it really bothers me, I ask. I have a very close friend and I can tell by her writing when something is different or when she is upset/bothered. When something wrong, her sentences become rather terse and to the point, but to you, it might seem like she is being short with you. In reality, she's just not feeling well and that's how it comes across. Not pointing the finger, but people are too quick to judge and often the assumptions are lacking. If you knew the person a little better, sure, you'd know better than most, but people should take a moment to get to know someone before they react especially when it comes to things which are a matter of personal interpretation.

First, I assume that was a comment directed at me and meant as a jibe, albeit, I cannot be certain (yes, yes, I made an assumption with so very little to go on, you're really only left to assume). If you think I made a bad assumption, fine, state it and why it was so.

Actually I quoted you cause I agree with your post, I try to not judge without proof. I wouldn't say I posted to annoy you but I had a feeling you would assume that I did, which well you proved me right and thus negated your post about not judging.

Actually If there is very little to go on its better to assume nothing. Exactly why I quoted you without any statement, I needed to see if you would judge me before I called you a hippocrite. And, to be honest, I wont call you anything now cause you put a smile on my face once again. Thanks Lavi! Please post more wisdom for me to read.

As for the topic, or original topic at least. I have to say I sort of agree. I can't stand XxblahblahxX, some variation of Cloud or Sephiroth, also names with seven billion numbers really iratate me. (Outside of FFXI of course) Is it too much to ask for some originality?
