If you hate how things are handled here, how about you, and your little mod-bashing buddies, go off and make your own damn forum with as little oversight as possible? See how long that lasts and see if you have the mindset after a few months of managing it. Granted in those 5 mins anyone, even the mini mods, could send a PM to Miros saying "everything's fine, nothing exciting happening", but this shouldn't have escalated to the extent it did.

• Instead of being a team player you constantly pointed out negatives to the public. Whether or not you find this fair is none of my concern. Issues and concerns between moderation staff should stay between moderation staff.
• The last 5-6 months did not show much action as a moderator. The post that Reeve made about getting rid of the video game forums in the moderator thread, you didn't even post in. You only posted in the thread after your forums were completely deleted and merged into one. To me, that shows poor modship.
• The most recent post in the moderator's forum was completely ignored by you. Irregardless of whether or not you had an opinion didn't matter too much. A simple "Looks good" would have sufficed.

Those are the main reasons. You even said to me on MSN the day that it happened that you "didn't do much anyways and just wanted the cool colored name back."

After reviewing a lot of factors we have decided that it's better if we just stick with the Global Moderator position as the authority figure on these boards. The users of the board have been using the report feature of the board more often. I've also had concerns that moderators cannot speak their mind on certain issues given their position, so we've decided to cut the position.

People have a tendency to not really read the details when they're put so derisively. So when someone says "You were a lazy fuck for 5-6 months" they see "You were a lazy fuck for 5-6 months" not "You didn't do your job at all for 5-6 months".
