As far as tauro goes, I said TWICE in my post I haven't talked to him so I'm not saying he was upset. If you had read my post before you started posting you may have realized that.

Also Morwen showed more enthusiasm? Why because she posted in the fucking Year end awards thread? I'm sorry I didn't have anything to add to that thread, but don't act like she was awesome post daily mod. Nothing against Morwen here but that forum would go dead for weeks at a time so it wasn't like it was just me or Iso or tauro who weren't posting.

Oh and as far as the bolded part goes, thanks for being mature about this man. I mean I know my balls has alot to with QCDN and I know you've never liked me but guess what I don't give a fuck.

When did I say I deserve to be a global mod? I asked once like what, 6-7 months ago? This was before you were a GMod and acouple had just left. So thanks for bringing up relevant shit. And I disagree that a mod needs to be on the balls of the admins. If I disagree with Reeves doing something dumb I'm not gonna lie and say "Good job reeves". Same with my post. I never fucking said anyone needed to be on my balls. I never said they should roll over and do what I say. Audino doesn't. Make doesn't, Myrid doesn't, and nor does Arc. However it's called fucking respect that if you have an issue with someone on the team that you bring it up with them in the back. At least that's the way I see it should go down.

Dude, you talk as if this site was a democracy, as if a 2 week termination notice was required..........being a voluntary mod is like working in Texas, its an at-will state and you can be fired or let go for no effing reason whatsoever. To top things off, YOU WERENT DOING YOUR JOB! Just cuz YOU felt it was unnecessary to do anything, doesn't mean you could just slack off on your duties man! Its not Miros' job to send you a PM to remind you to do your duties, its your own damn responsibility. Its like me asking my staff at my office to remind me to follow up with my customer's and potential insurance leads! Geez man, chill the fuck out and let this shit go already
 
Whether or not you like each other should have nothing to do with any decision other than to avoid talking to that person. Don't let personal feelings get in the way of doing your job. Even if you hate someones guts, at least be respectable in how you handle things where you have to be in contact with them. That doesn't just go for mods either.
 
Admins/mods should just let us do whatever we want so people could see what it would feel like.

I can't agree with this more. I'm just sitting here thinking about it and frankly, you couldn't handle modding the forums the way I see fit. What makes you think that I had to talk to you first before I did anything? You didn't do the job the way I see fit. I could look past that if there was any moderation going on but...there wasn't. So there's not much else to say except move on.

Also.. Audino could do your job.. with his hands tied behind his back, blindfolded.. He's a better mod than you could ever be. That's why you don't like him.. You could at least admit it. Although.. disliking someone because they are better than you doesn't make you any better.. Just an FYI.
 
Not at all hexx. I just would have likes a little respect for the what 5-6 months i was a mod. Maybe a little more personally reason as to why I was being demodded.
 
Yeah you're probably right Orinna he could. The G-Mods get reports on posts that people have a problem with, I got shit. Any fix I was going to make I had to find and do myself. So yes it is quite a bit easier for G-Mods to do my work. And yeah I don't think we were an essential part of the mod team. And like I said several times already, I don't mind that. But just show me some respect and tell me that. Don't give me some bullshit reason that mods cant say what they want.
