I meant it took 7 pages for Raidr to get that. If everyone else got that from the beginning this thread would've been over and done with 4-5 pages ago.

ONLY person IMO I think should of obtained a warning, and as to why...was Iso. HOWEVER...the childish actions she made, taking down such awesome banners that actually made this site cheerful...and pleasant to the eye when you first come here...was...no other word for it than wrong.

Maybe if you acted mature about it, and without trying to make Audino(GREAT Moderation skills...even fixes peoples spelling errors etc for them...that they have to double post to fix it themself...a special thread came to mind from a while back).

Ok. Let's talk about proper job performance (we dont get paid, we volunteer, but for lack of a better word, lets call it a job, eh?).

When someone gives you the responsibilty of keeping up an area and doing specific tasks, typically you don't just sit there and think to yourself: "You know, I'm going to oversee this area here on my little dias and wait for them to tell me what to do, that seems like the proper thing to do."

No. You get out of your chair, walk into your bosses office and say "What do you want done and how should I do this?" or "How can I make <insert position specifications> better?". That is what I did. I spoke to Miros about everything I did and wanted to do. I even went ahead and just did it sometimes because, as a personal rule, sometimes its better to ask forgiveness than permission.

Now, if you go care to look, the entire section of Classifieds (aside from Crafters Corner - new addition, I didn't do it) has been cleaned up and reorganized. Hundreds of blue-highlighted moved post redirects are gone, new Dynamis Scheduling posts are up and my personal favorite; the Linkshell Recruitment Forum is no longer a clusterfuck of bullshit that amounted to people shouting in Whitegate or Lower Jeuno. Old posts are put where they belong which means page loadtimes are down, there is minimal clutter in recruitment posts and, of all things, unhindered communication. What a fucking wonder.

Most of all, I'm a team player. If shit goes down that I do not like, I fucking let people know. The only boss I have is Miros and I go directly to him. He has seen me in known-down-dragged-out-I-will-drag-your-disembodied-reproductive-organs-behind-my-car arguments in IMs with other mods towards the betterment of this site and by the Gods I will do it again right now if I have to. If you are in an office with other members of management to have a production meeting you do not immediately leave that office and let everyone in the company know how much disdain you have for management. You don't fuck your partner. You are here to work on a team and work towards a common goal. If you don't do that, you're wasted space. We were chosen for specific reasons. Be it our knowledge in certain forums, our organization and our passion, our ideas or our talent. Whether you chose to utilize those things or not, is on you. No one else. You can't wait to be told what to do, you have to go out and do it yourself so you know it gets done. That is the definition of success and that is the way a leader acts.

All that being said I have no ill will or ill feelings towards anyone on current management or former management. I value each and every one of you, current or not, for the reasons you were chosen to do the job and then some. I would love to see this stop and I would, above all, love to see the realization and understanding that these are the consequences of your own actions.

No, it didn't "take" this thread to get you anything that a PM could have accomplished. Why does Miros have to come to you and read your mind about what you want to know or what you think you're supposedly entitled to? You're not entitled to shit. If Miros ever wants to cut me from the staff, I full expect him to just do it. Because of your behavior and Isollde's, its an embarrassment to me and I'm sure the other former staff that you get that banner about your name. Its over, son. You fucked up good here so just walk away. The quicker you do, I bet the quicker it'll be that people will forget about you and this thread.
