Almost every forum out there deals with multiple topics. Boobs, gonads, and all sorts of parts of the human anatomy are often discussed where they don't seem to belong. I can go to the VW Drivers of Vancouver forum, dedicated to VW's, and they have a whole damn forum dedicated strictly to NSFW Off-Topic stuff. Why? Dudes represent a majority of that forum, and when they find something fantastic they feel the need to share with their fellow men. It's about love for one another, really. There's women on VWDOV too and some of them are just as regular in the NSFW forum as the men.

I'm not suggesting we create a NSFW Off-Topic forum, I don't want to hit the 6-digit mark for post count. But it's an option, an alternative. That, or crack the whip and banhammer all men who like to share their findings. If I fall under such a sweep, then so be it.

I can understand your anger with us guys who enjoy a good body beyond healthy levels of obsession, but I'll bet every one of "these boys who can't get laid", do. I live with my girlfriend of almost 4 years, and she can appreciate a good body just as much as I - if she saw these threads she'd undoubtedly be saying "ooo that one's hot" or "those are nasty".

Yeah. I would make a NSFW forum if I could. I cannot. I'm doing my best to keep this forum clean of those things because that's what I've been told to do. If any of you can talk to Reeve, send him PMs, go for it.

Let's hope he listens.

You do a great job Aly, you have limited power and I believe if you had the power to do some more things, you would. Doesn't sound like many( if any?) are holding you personally responsible for anything.
 
Then... look at what you want to look at... don't make an ENTIRE forum have to look at that shit.
 
On a somewhat related note, I'm gonna have to postpone my promise of changing my av to a closeup of my hairy nipple. Had to do some clearcutting yesterday so it currently does not meet up to the standards of hairiness.

Actually, I would have taken down mine with simply a personal request from someone via PM, but no one did that, they instantly screamed and bitched and moaned about it to admins/everyone else. However, I would PGify my avatar at all times with a board like that.

that wouldn't solve any of their problems really. in fact, having a forum for NSFW content only wouldn't look good at all to an admin or someone monitoring content for a school/company. that would increase the chances of having it blocked far beyond an avatar or two.

I dunno, I disagree, if they understand what NSFW MEANS, they'd understand the rest of the forum is okay... but as long as the employee steers clear of that forum, they're not harming anyone or w/e.
 
The excuse "nobody pm'd me about my avatar" doesn't fly because I've been pm'd about your your avatars
