Incorrect, actually. Konartist is not denying that it happened. Konartist is alleging it was justified because he claims I did not pull hate on purpose, letting him and the whitemage die. However the whitemage admits on the first page overcuring and pulling hate and apologizes for it: stating his preference for playing paladin, and his poor state of mind to be partying in.
To understand clearly, we had a monk whose job it was the first voke. Konartist was talking with him about politics and religion and whatever else. He didn't provoke. I wanted SATA, so I waited a few seconds for this monk to provoke so I could get SATA and stabilize the fight. However before I gave up and decided to voke, the WHM went crazy with cures pulling hate onto himself. I voked then and starting spamming ninjutsu, but he died anyway. That was Kon's justification for trying to kill me with the monster.
This is not a case of he-said, she-said. This is a case of responsibility. We already know Konartist did it, because he admits he did it. This is a case of does waiting for the first voke that never came make me responsible, or does it make the monk(and anyone distracting him) responsibile? Especially considering I had asked multiple times to stop having their conversation and concentrate on their job.
I had told the MNK where to stand, I had helped him build macros to do the job quickly and more easily. I had carefully not contributied to their conversation where I had plenty to say becausse they came off like dipshits, all for the purpose of this monk not being distracted and doing the simple fucking task of first voke.
