wys, what you are saying is directly contradicting what decidence said on the first page, which was that there was no original agreement or it wasn't forwarded to the alliance.

I'm inclined to believe firestreak (gasp) about having to kill 2 mobs to safely stand, which the exp party may have interpereted wrongly. I haven't exp'd at this camp so i dont know.

from reading what deci and vind said (the only posts with firsthand accounts)

1. You were camping Uli for 4 hrs. (which became 6 then 8 now?)

2. EXP pt shows up, can only get chain 3 and one member approaches your alliance. (according to vind)

3. One of your guys say ok we wont kill mobs if you dont kill uli. However he doesnt tell the alliance and you keep killing mobs anyways. (according to deci.)

4. half hour or so passes, since vind has gone through multiple foods.

5. Alliance finally decides to stop killing exp pt's mobs, but doesnt inform exp pt. (according to deci.) EXP pt doesnt notice because right then...

6. Uli pops, is unclaimed long enough for deci to slap and poke it. (why didnt you claim it then?)

7. PT claims uli. Alliance gets pissed. (I don't blame exp pt at this point.)

8. alliance asks for Uli, is ignored. Alliance attempts to cure-steal but fails due to Uli's hate reset move.

9. alliance MPK's exp PT. (deci was not one of the MPK'ers.)

10. PT MPK's alliance back.

11. Uli dies and alliance gets kill.

All of this could have been avoided if you guys communicated :? Looks like the attempts at communication failed. This sort of thing is totally avoidable.

I think the cure-steal and MPK is horrible. If you wanted Uli you should have voked it when it popped. There is no excuse no matter what you agreed (halfassedly? yes) to cure-steal/MPK... This is what Deci and Vind have said, WYS, i dunno where you got your info or if you were there but reread the thread I think my timeline is accurate. I have nothing against BoL, I'm just putting together the pieces I was given.

The problem is that the XP party wasn't getting enough mobs, because the BoL god party was killing them. By Deci's own admission, and by the clock set by the party members, for half an hour they were fighting for their XP mobs.

Which facts are you looking at again?

I can see both sides in this, though I still think the MPK was uncalled for. From the xp party's side, you had an arrangement that had been systematically violated for 30 minutes, then once you finally came out and make a nuisance of yourself, someone else in the alliance says the equivalent of "Okay, this time we mean it". And from the alliance's side, most of them probably didn't even fully realize what was going on until the xp party came out in the first place.

Thus I said does the end justifiy the means? Meaning does MPKing them solve the problem then?

All i have to say is I believe Vindi because I've known him for almost 1.5 years now.

Vindi is as legit of a player as they get and he is an honorable, AND extremely patient player. I know this because he helped me through LS problems in Killers of the Cute.

Call it supporting a friend if you will, but i honestly cant trust BOL when so many people always complain about them. Fact is MPK is uncalled for, and once again WYS is stepping in to defend his LS.

To just basically follow up on what's been said.

As I've said, to my understanding, there was an agreement among the ls' members that exp mobs would be left for us and NM would be left for them. I felt we got fed the short end of the stick on this deal.

Now, had there been any indication that we could've come to a common ground, there would've been no reason for my party to pull ulli. Lack of communication? Maybe, but the fact of the matter is BoL decided to handle things in the wort way, mpking...

Screenshots are there. Stories from both sides are there. Unless anyone else wants to bring up anything else, i will no longer be posting on this thread.

I don't know what will be done or has been done in BoL to resolve this matter but as far as I'm concerned, i don't really care.

It happened, so moving on...

Oh and to Firestreak, your right about the chains taking 6 mobs.

It should've been mobs would respawn mid second chain. Ready again for another chain.

Hey everyone, I really hate flame boards and try to stay away from them and i really hate the situation with the whole mpk. I'm only posting because people have decided to use my name in defending their actions.

Yes i was against pulling the NM, but at the same time i didnt like not making chain 5's cause there were no mobs. Pulling Ulli was NOT Vindicative's solo choice. A number of pt members aggree'd.

We were tolled by Rollie that they would not pull xp mobs if we give them Ulli. That is all we new. and the whole time we were there which was around 30min or so we always ran out of mobs mid chain.

And as for proving that we were mpk'd its very rare that a thf runs out in the middle of 5-7 Golems w/o invis uses flee and perfect dodge and runs toward peopls fighting a NM. (This thf was Scwall)

Yes i talked with Deci about the whole situation and really wish each team made terms more clear before hand, BUT the bottom line is mpking and Cure/invincible isnt cool. Those are Gil seller tactics and no pt should resort to using them.

I have nothing agaisnt BoL or Deci, deci had told me he was mad we pulled the NM but was agaisnt the mpk, scwall on the other hand sucks.

In the future everyone should comunicate more clearly before hand and please do not use me as a reference to backup or defend our pt's actions.

And i'd also like to point out Vindicative rocks. He kited that NM around all those other golems w/o haste healing or any help what-so-ever for a good 30min and only stopped because he lost Claim. That was Awesome!

However, about 5mins before Ullikummi spawned Decidence had told Rolliefingaz they now realized that they were XP'ing on the mobs and would not pull anymore golems. He made this gesture WITHOUT telling the XP PT not to pull Ullikummi (like maybe he should of) because it was his understanding that they would NOT pull him (because Acavar is friends with Rolliefingaz and spoke with him) and this kind gesture was in response to this knowledge. The fact that this official gresture was broken is the part Decidence was referring too when he said the trust was broken.

and this is wat zalbag said. if u think about why the exp PT always ran out of exp mobs mid chain, its kinda obvious that the bol alliance were in fact killing some of the golems.

1 of the possibility would be bol alliance killing golem due to protection and or aggro ( golem = sight/magic aggro)
