You can only buff acc so much, and even then you aren't gonna hit 100% of the time, which is where Zanshin comes in. If its buffed as well then your more likely to hit.

Also, if Zanshin has just as much accuracy as the first strike that missed to trigger it, wouldn't it be safe to say that it has the same attack principles applied to it as well?

Hands-down best swap-in for Steel Cyclone at least, and I'm guessing the same for some of the mnk WS's.

Yeah, I want a pair just for chakra on monk, the extra WS/melee damage would just be icing on the cake.

Didn't check, but I do believe only the event items and the barabrabralalawuawua legs are rare/ex.

I don't believe I said otherwise. Since thf's +haste pants are easier to get than byakko's that they would likely be lower priority for them.
 
Yeah, besieged items, the barabaralalalawuawua legs, besieged items and event items are the only oens that seem to be rare/ex

I creamed my pants when i saw the stats on the new legs and started wondering what i could do with Steel Cyclone. This item is now one of the top ones i plan on getting.
Also considering for war that is hands down one of the highest str increases there are for war to use. damn ima miss my excorcist hose
 
Yep, only relic and relic+1 are more.

I know and i /drool everytime i see a pair but seeing as how im just starting to actually do dynamis runs it will be a long time before i even get a shot at a pair. so having the next best thing possible doesn't hurt one bit till then ^^

You and Kiz are the only main WARs in our LS, shouldn't take as long as you think.
