According to their research, 98% of smartphone users don't use more than 2GB per month. If you're in that 2%(and I doubt most people who say they are actually are) then if you sign up before the 24th, you'll get grandfathered in to having unlimited data. Again, 2GB is a tremendous amount of data to stream to the phone; you pretty much have to try to hit that cap.I think the problem is that they don't even offer an unlimited plan. If the lower plan would workout for you then great, have at it. They should offer the 15$ plan, like a 22$ plan for the 2GB and the 30$ for unlimited. Isn't being able to watch youtube on the go, stream music and using every other one of the thousands of aps that stream data the main selling points for phones like an iphone, or any smartphone for that matter save for maybe blackberry's (and even they have the blackberry app world now)? I just think its kind of silly to have a phone like an Iphone and be halfway through the month thinking 'Oh shit, I cant use pandora to listen to music anymore or im gonna get buttfucked by overage charges.'
Shit, they could even make the unlimited plan 40 bucks a month, but at least people would have a choice then.
You really shouldn't need to stream music when you can put 8-32GB of music on your phone.
