Bluefrost said:But Robber Crabs? Granted, I can't solo one, but I'm sure other jobs can at 75. And why do they aggro to resting? I'm resting in La Theine, and an Orc comes and misses me 15 times in a row, and I can smack him with my hammer and kill him. But since I'm resting, I'm what, more vulnerable for attack? :nono:
Jereme said:The EPs that don't aggro now are the EPs that used to be Too Weak before SE decided to tweak the way we were able to get xp from mobs; that is why they don't aggro.
Uzor said:Actually, they do <.<; But their aggro range is lower then higher level ones. Run right past it and it will aggro
Dirzain said:It doesn't make sense to me why this shit would aggro. For example: Would you walk up to a VT or IT and just hit it? I think the same rules should apply to monsters as they do Players, SE knows that we don't "aggro" T's when we're soloing, so why would a monster?
Mym said:Yup, I think the aggro range is 10 levels below your level (where they used to become Too Weak), EP's go down to 15 levels below you now.
So if your 75, monsters level 65+ will aggro you
Monsters level 60-64 will con as EP, but will not aggro.
Unless you are resting... then they dont care what level you are
Not true. Kuftal tunnle crabs are 60-63 and they still agro at 75Mym said:Yup, I think the aggro range is 10 levels below your level (where they used to become Too Weak), EP's go down to 15 levels below you now.

Er, the low/high eva/def has nothing to do with your level - strictly acc/atk. If you take off all your clothes (do it!) and check an EP robber that cons EP++ to you, chances are a decked-out melee of the same level could walk up to it and it would be EP--.Blabj said:Stuff like Easy Prey - or even - - doesn't aggro to anything, for example: Most of quicksand caves to a level 75.

I don't think the high/low eva/def rating has anything to do with whether or not the mob will aggro.
