I have yet to see you once in any post keep to polite manor. In every flame you was always the one that got overly defensive because you did not agree with my post, also every post that I have made I have said facts and back up my facts with reason. I can not help if you can not comprehend these facts, or you want to ignore them. Also I do use firefox2 dictionary, but as I said before there lot of word missing from there like "gauge" it was not in there originally.

Yes, in the view of the world, I am better than those who cannot read, spell, or write. Just like there are those out there better than me at running. I know I could never keep up with an Olympian in a foot race, or even a semi-pro sports player. Sorry you can't meet the bare minimum expectations of our sorry as shit education system, but thats life.

A person ability to spell or write, does not state one IQ. As I said before even Einstein, Mozart and other geniuses have had problems with spelling, (not saying that I am one Because I am not) but find me one person who is a perfect speller, hell find a person who is almost perfect. You won't. No one views a person mental capacity by writing because as it been said by even bajaratt that there are different types of IQ. Most IQ is base off of comprehension, math skills, vocabulary, grammar, and some science. All these are basis of IQ.

And the applicable sort of IQ for taking an idea and communicating it to others on a message board, is the sort that *always* applies your communication skills, but only applies such things as math when you're talking about math. :P

Skaw didn't bring anything about IQ into this. You failed a pretty big part of a poor education system, that doesn't mean you're stupid, it just means you need to go back to elementary school.

If you noticed, I said the person had to be smart enough to be able to take the criticism and then actually try to improve for being polite initially to work. You definitely do not qualify. You hardly use any facts at all(mostly conjecture/bullshit), and you certainly don't use reason in most of your posts. I fighting it horrifyingly sad that you actually think you're posting logical arguments and are supporting them and that you seem to actually consider yourself intelligent in the process of these threads.

About 99% of the words I have had to add to the firefox dictionary were FFXI terms or specialized words that wouldn't come up in everyday speech and so wouldn't be found in a normal dictionary. You've also misspelled very basic words that I know are in the firefox dictionary, so I'm calling bullshit on that.

Mozart raised the bar forever in music literature and Einstein, well we all know Einstein. I mean, think about it. I spent a week alone studying Einstein in chemistry and it was just the tip of the iceberg.

The point was that in their day, education was significantly less than it is now; so making a comparison to back then doesn't work. No one's saying that their work wasn't important, they're saying that the standards are completely different. If they had to meet today's standards of education, they likely would not have made it based on their knowledge back then.

No one, that was just in response to Hellstorm's idiotic "reasoning" of why he shouldn't have to meet any literacy standards, because famous people in the past didn't have those same standards. He's refusing to accept that there are actual education standards that he's obviously failing.
 
This is an argument where the only high ground is held by people who see poorly written posts and ignore them. People who write horribly difficult to read posts should indeed use a dictionary and put more effort into their posts. One would be hard pressed to find anyone advocating poor grammar and spelling. However, anyone who goes out of their way to correct, and usually mock these posts are just as bad.
