So this Romanji thing, guessing it's a lower form of Japanese? Lower form as in less formal and more "understood" subject-verb agreements(think that's the righ term).
It's Japanese words written with English lettering, more or less. For some odd reason, many seem to find Romanji incredibly offensive, no idea as to why.

There are a bunch of A-hole JPs just like there are a bunch of US A-holes, but making generalizations like "Um... NO I'd be willing to bet on average the average JP is much worse then the average English player." is pretty lame. People like that is why I would want to stop palying with English players, alas I'd be willing to bet on average the average English player isnt as thick headed as that one.
I've never seen any distinguishable difference in skill between any of the nationalities that play the game personally, so I'd hafto agree that such a stereotype is just awkward.
Regarding "bullying" - again, it's quite subjective as yes, some may just be "goofing around", but it's not as though it's NA always throwing the mean jabs. As I've said before, I've been actually told to
kill myself simply for speaking in Romanji - as a joke that's not really funny, and it'd be that much worse if he were serious.
To explain the bias towards claims and GM calls - I'm sure you've heard of Avesta. He has recorded proof of GMs jailing people MPKing him within the second. It's for reasons like that that many people joke about the bias, since people who have caused entire linkshells to wipe via MPK often have only gotten slaps on the wrist even when they've given just as much (if not more) proof.
Me and my friends often see duos, even solos, warp hack up the Oldton -> Newton bridge (this normally requires a duo with mazurka or flee to pull off, and solo it's entirely impossible) - GMs only "look into it." I've had old friends suspended, later on BANNED, for using WLegs in town and getting GMed for "flee hacking". Based on recurring issues such as these, people can readily say that there's a rather bad bias on the GMs at the very least. Whether the bias is true or not I don't know, just giving my point of view.
I can understand your frustration, as many people can be very mean, but I can't stress how much it's not just one side. I mean there's parties where I've seen people speaking in Japanese about how [x] person in party sucks and go about laughing about it because they don't think the person can understand what they're saying...
I dunno where I'm meaning to go with this...just, saying one side is meaner, kinder, more-or-less skilled, dumber or smarter than either side...it's just ridiculous. Both sides have their own faults, but it's our own faults if we don't know how to deal with 'em.
