I was so damned sure this was a necro of one of the two, three other "gear in signature" threads, too.

Said it before, gonna say it again: Why does it matter if someone's gonna a pet Phuabo while dualwielding a greataxe and a scythe while summoning Phoenix with their BLM in full Adaman gear and DRG Relic Helmet? If anything it just shows the sense of style the person has.

Depicting something you don't have is all evil, yet depicting something you aren't is fine? I dont give a shit if you didn't make your sig. A lot of people with gear they dont have didn't make their sig. If the excuse works for you, it works for them.

um.. you're still trying to relate text to picture of a character wearing a gear.

my text could say "screw you" (in english or jp). that doesnt change anything about the depiction of my in game character or its stats. the fake armor, does.

The fake text speaks about the real you, the fake armor speaks about your character. Either way you look at it, far as I am concerned its "false advertising."
