Eh, I'm willing to let them own the first map, personally. It's a pain getting back out there without Escape, and I'm lazy. Having them take those spots means I don't have to check them.
As for Bimashua, every now and then I've seen him camping the far north-east point on the last map, and getting eaten by the Flesh that spawns there... fun fun fun.
