The only thing I have to say about this matter is concerning people posting about "the fall of kaizen" etc.
I feel like this is probably the main reason a lot of Kaizen people do not post on these boards: people make assumptions from misinformed opinions, or just have absolutely no basis for their statements other than their own inclination, then choose to run with it.
I think people fail to realize that Kaizen has more depth to it than they believe. True, losing some members who held kind of backbone positions in the shell will be difficult, but that does not mean people do not step up, and take initiative. And there are people like that in Kaizen.
I am not going to go through a dig through all of Phraust's stuff here, and ask for further links and evidence, and discredit some things. Because quite frankly it is a waste of time. It is a waste of time for the reasons stated above - people are more willing to jump to conclusions and make up their own minds rather than listen to actual reasoned discourse.
But, I will point to the near end of his post when he talks about Xtereem. A point to be taken away from that is that Phraust says that members in Kaizen today are still very capable and it is folly to believe that we aren't capable in what we choose to do.
To Kaizen people: don't let people weave their self-fulfilling prophecies of demise. I'm not going to say they are "jealous" of us or anything like that, just misinformed about the people we have left in the shell, and our ability to get things done together.
