Help with a Mic

I want to get a mic that works with msn, Ventrilo and skype. What would be my best bet, I have one on my laptop but the quality is so poor it's unbearable. Anyone have a good idea what mic would work with all these 3? I want to be able to talk to a few friends over msn and what not. Any help will be greatly appreciated, btw I'm not a total tech geek so don't confuse me too much >.>; I also lie in the UK so one that's out in shops over here would also help. I have googled it but came to no luck, hope you guys can help. :biggrin:

Your best bet would be a decent headset, like a logitech jobbie.

If you live in London which I think you mentioned you do, get a tube to Goodge street and pop into YoYotech, it's like, the best place for PC stuff EVER.

Cool can I buy stuff like that off the website, at school right know and most things are blocked. And i'm like 2 hours away from London.
