I am sorry for him but as much bitching as he will do won't do him any good because OUR Osode will stay in the LS. And outsiders from the shell saying "it was Delite's osode" don't know jack and won't change anything either. But I must say this talk was actually entertaining and I had a good laugh lol, I don't stay awake till almost 7am very often, and need something very entertaining to do so or I fall asleep. Thank you all for the entertainment.

interesting... since Delite was in your LS, got the osode, was agreed amongst the ppl that makes decisions that the osode is his...

what else is there to argue about except that ya'll want to keep the osode and claim it to be yours... after the fact that whomever makes those kind of decisions... made it clear that he can have the osode for his own.

I've been following this post and it seems to me the Osode is very much Delites to do with as he pleases, unless the following post by him (Pg.15) is a downright lie?

All of the original members got to KEEP their items. You know this as well as I do.

Euphacents Nobles was HIS. Lucys Osode was HIS. YOUR NOBLES WAS YOURS. MY OSODE WAS MINE.

why...cause we started the LS, that is what US LEADERS DECIDED when the shell first started.

Everyone who was in the LS at that time knows that is what happened.

If you had a contract with your employer that said the car was yours, and the standard employer/employee contract changed after the fact, you would still have a valid contract and the car would still be yours.

If, at the time Delite obtained his Osode, the ls rules were that members got to keep all their items, as he states, then it is, in fact, his Osode, and any later changes to the LS rules are inapplicable.

Bottom line: It doesn't matter what your current LS rules are. It doesn't matter whether or not he earned it, or whether or not you think he earned it. If it was decided that it was his to keep at the time he was given it, it's his.

You see, if you need Osodes for your LS Rangers, may I suggest you guys fight Kirin? Just because some elite mother-fuckers like myself tread here does not make the FlameBoard sky. If you want to outfit your rangers with Osodes you'll need to go to the actual sky, I think you are confused.

As for any serious talk, I think it's pretty pointless on this thread. People spouting out arguments about people owning shit and people not having any obligation have no place in a talk about SKY LS and a talk about a 40+ million gil item.

Now I am not saying Delite didn't earn jack shit. But I must say besides the Osode he has been well compensated. And if he ever returned he could get another osode for HIMSELF to use in LS. And a few months down the line he'd have earned it to the point he could sell it on EBAY for all I care.

I don't believe you can come onto the flame board every couple weeks and find an ex-member from my group having to talk about the injustices they suffered there. Although at least one or two may have the right...but they are still members and fear my rule . Anyway. Ith is more than welcome to earn an Osode in my shell. But, the point is, he had one given to him by a friend. Both of them trusted you guys, and you stole from them, and are now coming up with excuses like the Osode belonged to the shell. There's a lacking in common sense arguments to say this is merely a thievery. It's like people who go around suing companies for when they misread the label on their products. If Delite wants another Osode he can come back and get one.

As we've stated many times this is a need>greed LS. It means for example that BLM gets A hands before BRDs get A hands. It does not mean a BLM can bring a friend to genbu and after the kill swap them into alliance to lot on the hands. That is not how we work. That is just stupid. Since when did Deite swap Ith into the alliance and lot on the item? Didn't Deite lot on the item, and obtain it by hardwork, held on to it, and thus by being a leader and co-founder of your LS he gets to keep it, and his item he chose to give away.

I make no judgment about whether or not Delite has an obligation to OH. Having never been a member of OH, I wouldn't know. As I said, it's irrelevant. Let's say, just for a minute, for argument's sake, Delite is a sponging bastard and leech who didn't earn jack shit. If the LS rules said he got to keep the Osode when he was given it, then he would have gotten to keep it, leech or not. Everyone here can argue till they're blue in the face about whether or not he earned it and it would still be irrelevant if it was decided it was his to keep when he was given it.

I was not there at the time so I can't say either way the exact conditions, or if there were conditions at the time towards Delite getting Osode. He has always been a respected member but what it all boils down to is trust. He was trusted to stay and continuing helping to justify his place in the order of getting his items first. Wowzer was trusted with care of the Osode. It's a bad situation for everyone. I'd rather have a good dedicated member back than a piece of gear, but before people show greed they should at least show respect. Now maybe I'm wrong but I think or at least hope that Delite agrees that while the Osode may or may not be his, he can't say he owes no one anything for it if it is to remain his property.

But hell, talk it over with Wowzer, it's just my personal preference it stays in LS. Nothing any of us can do about it either way so pointing fingers and yelling greed or accusing people of stealing(how did OH steal it I wonder?) is simply childish. You can try and simplify all you want but it is a complicated situation.

wow, i must say mention me and u get a 50+ page thread always going. now let me bring this baby about 10 more pages. so im lvl warrior when i get a tell form a ramdom dude saying and i quote "hey your the drew rosenhaus of FFXI" now i was thinking when i first saw this wtf cuz like i said a random dude so i msg him back asking what does that mean and he reply's "your the most hated, and most influential NA i seen, ur fucking notorious" i laught at this and then start to read the ls chat a few hour later and i see chat of this threat okay so i read all this shit and laugh lol.

okay let me tell my part even thou pretty much it gonna get shited on by everyone but fuck it. okay first of i didnt give something i didnt own away. delite and ithenas so recall when i was told delite left the game i ask what was happening wiht his osode ithenas reply he be back im holding till then but delite at the time was lending it to wowzer. now when i heard this i said u know what since they told me he be gone a few month i told ithenas im gonna give this osode to wowzer and when u get to 75 rng ill give u the next 1, as for delite i will do the same. ithenas u agreed to this so dont act stupid dude. so i tel wowzer that osode urs,congratz man.

now like 2/3 week after that delite come back and he msg me and delite i know u recall this u told me "u gave away my osode?". and i told u yeah and remind u when u said "get me log for togi and u can put me on the end of osode list, u didnt mind at the time cuz it was wowzer and ithenas didnt care also.so let fast forward to when ithenas just left OH fine, he left he my friend and i respected his decition i not once msg any bs to him or anything i just left it at that. the same day ithenas leaves a ls member tell me ithenas plan to take wowzer osode. so i msg wowzer and tell him dont give it back it urs remeber that.

You're the one who is ignorant of any information. Ignorant of my LS. Ignorant of sky. Ignorant of your own job. He made many notable mistakes, and I corrected them. First mistake I noticed was he said "we" were stealing his Osode. We are not. A few of us members are just voicing our own opinions on the matter. key info is missing from this to make peoples arguments relevant or non relevant. big question is, "what was the original terms of delite getting this osode?" atm, we can only go off of heresay, and that being what delite said. being, that the osode was his because he was a founding member or whatever the fuk it was.
for shits and giggles, we will say that is what the "rule" was...if the rule changed at a later date, only items gained from the time or the rule change or later, SHOULD be affected. thus making everyones opnions of who the osode should go to, obsolete. if the original agreement was that such and such person was going to get an osode and nothing was said about returning it after leaving the LS, then what binds that person to an agreement of returning it?
