If you had a contract with your employer that said the car was yours, and the standard employer/employee contract changed after the fact, you would still have a valid contract and the car would still be yours.
If, at the time Delite obtained his Osode, the ls rules were that members got to keep all their items, as he states, then it is, in fact, his Osode, and any later changes to the LS rules are inapplicable.
Bottom line: It doesn't matter what your current LS rules are. It doesn't matter whether or not he earned it, or whether or not you think he earned it. If it was decided that it was his to keep at the time he was given it, it's his.

Firestreak said:It takes 30 people 2 weeks of worth to create an Osode on average. LS don't sell Osodes, they give to members. Let's say of those 30 people, 15 can't wear Osode because they are mages or Paladins. Let's say they get something else, mind you not as valuable. Still to get all 15 people who originally helped you an Osode who wanted one, it will take around 7 months. That means if you were the last person in line for an Osode on the very first run, on the 7th month or so you'll get your Osode. To say in 3 months someone totally deserves an Osode and it is theirs to keep is lunacy.
If you think that means giving Osodes to people who need it more and hoping they stay until everyone who helped them get their Osode has one is a form of communism, then I suppose that you'll be selling all your Osodes and splitting evenly, until every member of your LS who wants an Osode can afford to just buy their own? Until then Kirins will be a little long but what can we say... at least you won't have to trust people?

Knew that was ya. lol
you read me wrong, what i said is no one got the right to leave the LS with more stuff than I got from the shell, since no one got more dedication than meIthenas said:so your saying that because you have the ability to show up at everything you're the only person who deserves anything from the shell? Delite's right, you're a greedy bastard.

You see, if you need Osodes for your LS Rangers, may I suggest you guys fight Kirin? Just because some elite mother-fuckers like myself tread here does not make the FlameBoard sky. If you want to outfit your rangers with Osodes you'll need to go to the actual sky, I think you are confused.
As for any serious talk, I think it's pretty pointless on this thread. People spouting out arguments about people owning shit and people not having any obligation have no place in a talk about SKY LS and a talk about a 40+ million gil item.
Now I am not saying Delite didn't earn jack shit. But I must say besides the Osode he has been well compensated. And if he ever returned he could get another osode for HIMSELF to use in LS. And a few months down the line he'd have earned it to the point he could sell it on EBAY for all I care.
