that's a damn lie prophecy, i never agreed to letting wowzer keep the osode and i'd get one later. you told me that that was what was going to happen. Just because you don't remember me not agreeing to it doesn't mean that i did. At first you said that wowzer would use that one until he got his own, i said "Well what if i get 75 before wowzer get's his?" you just shrugged and said "I don't know, too bad i guess."

I can get an osode fine in R-ESP, i didn't leave OH because i wasn't getting gear that i wanted, and if you think that damn wrong. And i didn't know you still thought we were friends after i left, you never messaged me, you never sent me a /tell, hell you deleted me and all my posts from the OH boards and hour after i posted taht i was leaving, for all i knew you were just "O well, their loss" like everybody else that has left the shell. That's why i didn't bring it to you and i put it here. And even if i had brought it to you, i'm 100% sure you would have said "You left the shell, to bad, don't talk to me" because that's the way you are, things are your way or not way at all. Sounds to me like the Osode defaulted back to Prophecy's control to give out ot another member, who was Wowzer. Being that it was LS property yet again at that point instead of Delite's, he could give it anyone he felt deserved it. At the time your RNG was too low. We have it right here striaght up that long before ANY of this happened the Osode was therefore given to Wowzer. Kind of an important piece of information to leave out Ithenas.

well, some ppl are like that. according to Delite tho', he had real life issues that needed to be attended to, so... as shady as that might seem to some ppl, if you know Delite as a person and a player and his actions isn't something he would not normally do, then don't blame him for things that just "happen", because that's just life.

i'm sure if it was different and life was just perfect for Delite, he would most likely still be in OH and up in sky helping with pop items and such.

there is a big difference between saying: "I'm sorry I got real life issues, I won't be able to fulfil my engagements toward the LS so I am letting you have the osode back" and plainly giving the osode to a friend as if it was yours

why would he give it back when it's his? you keep overlooking that fact. if you left OH would you give back your noble?

And Proph, I will always consider you a friend as I stated before, I just needed you to back me up here...and you did but this is all caused miscommunication and misfortune. If Ithenas was still in OH would he have had an Osode by now...probably...would it be mine from Wowzer...who knows.

As for me, This reasons and this reason alone I will nver come back to the game...I think it was Alg and Fire said if I ever do come back I get earn another Osode....well that seems fair, make me earn 2 Osodes.

SO basically the only person who is losing an Osode is me...cause I will never have one again. This is why I will NEVER come back to this game.

Oh and to have this come from people I considered a family to me...makes it that much better to hear.

If you had a contract with your employer that said the car was yours, and the standard employer/employee contract changed after the fact, you would still have a valid contract and the car would still be yours.

If, at the time Delite obtained his Osode, the ls rules were that members got to keep all their items, as he states, then it is, in fact, his Osode, and any later changes to the LS rules are inapplicable.

Bottom line: It doesn't matter what your current LS rules are. It doesn't matter whether or not he earned it, or whether or not you think he earned it. If it was decided that it was his to keep at the time he was given it, it's his.

You see, if you need Osodes for your LS Rangers, may I suggest you guys fight Kirin? Just because some elite mother-fuckers like myself tread here does not make the FlameBoard sky. If you want to outfit your rangers with Osodes you'll need to go to the actual sky, I think you are confused.

As for any serious talk, I think it's pretty pointless on this thread. People spouting out arguments about people owning shit and people not having any obligation have no place in a talk about SKY LS and a talk about a 40+ million gil item.

Now I am not saying Delite didn't earn jack shit. But I must say besides the Osode he has been well compensated. And if he ever returned he could get another osode for HIMSELF to use in LS. And a few months down the line he'd have earned it to the point he could sell it on EBAY for all I care.

all your arguments have no basis because the item was delite's. if he would have kept the osode when he quit or whether ithenas had kept it at the time, it's the same thing: the osode wouldn't be in the LS.
