The problem is people leave thinking they owe nothing to the LS and keep their gear they got before others because of need

You do realize to outsiders of the LS it would seem to exact oposite due to past and current events.

The LS boots or scares people away, while oweing them for there hardwork yet never paying up, while stealing things that they have borrowed and kept from the leavers that have obtained such items, because of greed.

well, some ppl are like that. according to Delite tho', he had real life issues that needed to be attended to, so... as shady as that might seem to some ppl, if you know Delite as a person and a player and his actions isn't something he would not normally do, then don't blame him for things that just "happen", because that's just life.

i'm sure if it was different and life was just perfect for Delite, he would most likely still be in OH and up in sky helping with pop items and such.

Fact is it's not even your car, it's a car handled to you from your work, and when they find out you gave it to your friend after you leave your job, they take it back.

exactly.. people are leaving OH for one reason or another. maybe that's your problem.
besides, OH does own the #1 thread in the flameboards. OTOH BoL has been very good behaving as of late.

there is a big difference between saying: "I'm sorry I got real life issues, I won't be able to fulfil my engagements toward the LS so I am letting you have the osode back" and plainly giving the osode to a friend as if it was yours

No, no, no, no. The car was yours to begin with. Just like the Osode was obtained by Deite for his hard work. You see? Deite gained lotting rights on the shit, so it became his, not the LS's.(Unless you have some sort of fucked up share-all policy.) So therefore it bacme his.

He got one of the 1st osodes because we needed him having it, it never been his osode. The only reason we let him choose ithenas as next wearer of the osode is because ithenas was in the shell at that moment.

Last time I fucking checked once you give something to someone it becomes theirs yes? Didn't we fucking learn this when we were fucking 5?
 
It takes 30 people 2 weeks of worth to create an Osode on average. LS don't sell Osodes, they give to members. Let's say of those 30 people, 15 can't wear Osode because they are mages or Paladins. Let's say they get something else, mind you not as valuable. Still to get all 15 people who originally helped you an Osode who wanted one, it will take around 7 months. That means if you were the last person in line for an Osode on the very first run, on the 7th month or so you'll get your Osode. To say in 3 months someone totally deserves an Osode and it is theirs to keep is lunacy.

If you think that means giving Osodes to people who need it more and hoping they stay until everyone who helped them get their Osode has one is a form of communism, then I suppose that you'll be selling all your Osodes and splitting evenly, until every member of your LS who wants an Osode can afford to just buy their own? Until then Kirins will be a little long but what can we say... at least you won't have to trust people?
