Hi.

It's kinda funny to think back on this. The FN crew was actually highly recruited, much moreso than I was expecting when we left TheSentinels. I didn't even know Audino at the time but after I talked to him a bit I knew that AG was the way to go. There were several linkshells asking about us, including some bigger ones at the time like NAFireBlade, but we definitely made the right choice with AG.

That was back when Rappa had the "Hey Rappa, nice chest" sig, lol. I'm glad you guys stuck around because between the three of you (Rappa, Osse, Fell), you've all made my gaming experience infinitely more fun over the years. Everything from LS events, static xp, and even just shooting the shit when bored. First big thing I remember is finally getting DRG up there with you guys. Rappa accusing me of hacks because I would TP quickly thanks to the jumps and he was stuck on /thf... the party with Barbiegirl in the Den of Rancor will always stick out. Not just because how much we were owning, but it was also the first time I saw Fellina bust out the "C" word about someone.. the light SC doing so much dmg on the lizards Osse was barely able to MB on most fights.. and it was good timing when you guys hit 75 because Fell had another kid about to pop out :P As much as I used to hate DRKs and party with them, Rappa was tolerable. (I kid)

Rappa, you'll be missed in dynamis, thats for sure. I'm glad the last few months we've been able to keep you off whm for a lot of the time. Osse, Fell, I'll miss leveling random things with you guys. It was fun with DRG (your RDM and BLM), it was fun with my NIN (Osse's THF and Fell's BST), and right now Saturday nights with my WAR and Osse's NIN, its probably the most fun that I can remember right now ever having in FFXI.

To tell you the truth, I can't even remember how I got to aggressively leveling NIN. I first started in a duo static with Quach, which was great, especially pre-Ni. We stopped around 44 and then all the xp I got from 44-52 was all soloing. I'd sit back witha six pack on a weekend night and bang out 10k in one sitting in altepa or something. I can't remember for the life of me what or who made me join a party at 52. It was just awesome when I got to the high 60's that I had friends that could make partying much more bearable.

Rappa gets an extra big high five because if it wasn't for him I never would have met Osse and Fell. Hell, I never would have met Will or Jamal either.

I know I'll see you all around on here and talk to you either via Messenger or RL, but the game will definitely no longer be the same for me. Good luck to you guys.

Yea, Rappa my kudos go out to you as well. In element and purpose you and will were the people that held things together. You at least got some King gear, whereas Will didn't ( ;; ).

As always, I was an ass there, but you were instrumental in keeping things together as long as possible, even despite our claimless streak.

I really kinda wish you would have started the Limbus shell...cooperative events always seemed to run better with you there.

And...just so there's no confusion, the jokes about humping you etc were just jokes!

Thanks guys, means a lot coming from such talented players. Remember I will keep doing everything in my power to get you guys to play WoW, lulz. Plus dino's not changing Rappa's pw so I might pop on from time to time for random shit like dynamis or just to chat in AG for a while. But definitely, the people in this little group are the people that defined my FFXI career. Without you all I would've quit ages ago, you were basically the glue holding me to the game. It's finally time to let go, but more than anything it's because I have so many ways to continue keeping in touch with you all. Here, IMs, etc.

So if we all stop IMing you, you'll come back?

My grandma just died from heart problems so I probably won't be very talkative for a few days. I might bow out of dynamis tomorrow, depends on how I'm feeling then.

=/ sorry to hear that

I just have to say, after last night, I've decided that Morari is not going to get one single thing from me when I quit.

My condolences, Rappa. It's always hard when a loved one goes.

What happened? I thought you guys were still friends with Morari....

I apologize for last night too...I passed out in my chair >.<

I'm just highly irritated by Morari's response every time someone quits the game; he whine and pules for handouts. He did it when Darthyoda quit; even though DY said specifically that he already had plans for who was getting his gear, Morari kept begging for his Nobles. (Which, by the way, Morari wouldn't have needed if he'd sold a 100 coin he'd gotten in Dynamis to buy one as everyone overwhelmingly suggested. But no, he wanted to save it for his Gjallarhorn he'll never get. Far as I know he's still only got that one 100 coin and nothing else for relic).

Now last night, Aud was dual-boxing Rappa since we didn't have a whm on the swift belt run, and Morari just wouldn't stfu about wanting Rappa's bard gear. Normally when someone quits you expect "Oh man that sucks" or "boo I didn't have a chance to do X with him" or even "Man I'm gonna miss him". With Morari all we heard was "Is he really gone" "What's his bard gear like" "I bet he's got good gear" "If he's quitting he wont need his gear" etc.

I suppose I am friends with Morari, but god knows he sure makes it hard to be. Despite the fact that he's done more and gotten more in this game than I ever have or will, he still pisses and moans about what he doesn't have. Just last week he got a Joyeuse for his bard (which is totally LOL in and of itself) and the very next day he's whining about something new. He's finished both CoP and Zilart, yet whines about how he can never get into a Bahamut fight. Every time he wants or needs something, he expects people to just drop everything and help him, and gets sulky when they don't. After 3-4 years of it I'm just sick of it.

There is actually one item I'll be giving Morari, but it's only because when it was given to me I was specifically instructed to share it with him. That's the vermillion cloak that Squee made and signed. He's probably going to lose it by lending it to people he barely knows (as he's done before, which is the reason I'm holding onto it now) but that's not my problem anymore.

Removed Morari from the FN member list <_<

And no one gets Rappa's bard gear anyway so nyah. Bard's a handy job to have for merit whoring.

Wow... that's really rude.

If I was quitting, I wouldn't take offense if someone asked for something once. I was raised on the policy "You never know until you ask", and I understand pining for a piece of expensive gear; but damn, show some class.

Besides, begging Rappa for gear is useless. Anything cool he has is ex.

Can I have your duvusor ring?

I've already decided on Rappa the only things that -might- get sold are things that I already have on Audino. Other than that, gear sets are going to be intact for a very long time for whm, brd, mnk and drk. Jam is already aware of this as well so if you do pop on every now and then Rappa, most everything will be as you left it. Sucks for the beggars, mwahaha.

speaking of merit-whoring. Sign on so we can merit in the past!

Yeah.. if I had the energy that night to be an asshole I really would have. It was 2 1/2 hours after I was really wishing I was in bed, my throat felt like a brillo pad and my head was hurting badly. If it happens again, I have a giant "fuck you" for him. Going through it all with DY/Nobles was already enough. Lol, and he wonders why Genk and I keep the Noble's joke running every time he pops on.

I finally posted the announcement of our leaving on AG.com. So now all 5 people who actually read that site will know. :/
