A friend got me into the game. Then I talked about the game during hours at work and I got my boss into the game and I showed the game to a friend of mine who fell in love ... and got into the game too :)

So if you happen to cross path with Dalbenkrieg, Farys, Cocyte or Leester, say hello :D
 
Myself and a THF/NIN named Myihta (also on Quetzy) work cross cubicle from each other.

i've seen myihta before, did one of you get each other into the game? or is it one of those really really creepy circomstances.

ya, like 3/4 done with the school year this kid named barry shows up and he has the game, so far, it was just 3 of us (mithy[me]) (hamlett) and (foxygrandpa 0.o :shock: what posses a person to name their char this :? :? :? ) anyway they all on quetz, and then Xtamer just comes in our lives, IN QUETZ!!!!!! how really, 3 people in a school playing a game, (well, that advertized it publically) on 1 server out of what 15? 20? i forget the number, anyway, then a 4th joins us and really hes on quetz, creepy coincidence eh?
 
I talk to Kyrial and Juliana through AIM and I've had some beers with Malakai.
 
I know/knew three people who played this game, Balkan, Aloo, and Ecivv. Balkan only played the game for like 3 weeks and quit, Ecivv played for over a year but I'm pretty sure he's gonna quit, Aloo's the one that got me to start playing this >.< she quit a few months ago, so now she leads a healthy normal life, meanwhile my playtime is 3/4th of the way to 100days XD

And of course since I know them in RL, I'm always in contact with them, but I also talk to lanicheng and reishu sometimes on yahoo messenger, also after someone called minimagic quit, we continued talking via AIM every once in a while.

Then some friends from high school joined in, Buhamaut and Theangelofdeath.
 
Me, mikemann, Jussy, Honcho, sindarkus, Onuresus (sp?), Seveath, Wonko, Nerzul are all from the same town. Me mikemann, Jussy, and Honch were on varsity tennis together and played halo lan along with other friends prior to ffxi. Me and mikemann had a class last year with Sindarkus, Nerzul, and Wonko. Basically our whole ls knows each other in RL, except Gregedor, Celvantes, and Draciot. But know I think I'm just rambling on...
 
I know 2 people IRL who play this with me, Pupusa and Rorschach. If we ain't exploring and gettting ourselves killed like fools we are hanging out chicking the latest flick or doin up some poolage.

Well..I know Myihta pretty well. Umm...I talk to several people on the phone, bug Tipsy on a regular basis...drunk dials from Briine make me giggle...a couple people YIM me on occasion.

and one day we met up with members from the OLD LS "Ikilkewawa" at a Casino.
Retribution, Darkhelmet, and some freak rdm that never refreshes and i cant think up his name now..... ummm........ oh well.
They all left the game since and the freak rdm has moved onto everquest.

oh RAMZI is that freak rdm that dont refresh!!!

Yup, like Direwolf said, I play with him, Jonason, Hitokiritod... and occasionally we actually gather our comuters in a room and play till odd hours of the morning(once with Jonason controlling all 4 character.. in the same party) I also know Kintsuchi and Afooshmint(sis and bro) IRL.
 
Unfortuantely, I live on the other side of the globe than my NA friends so I don't get to talk to them like I would like due to the time difference. I would try to make friends in my area, but there is a bit of a language barrier... :cry: I'm trying to learn though!!
