I didn't really want to respond to this, but I decided I wanted to put my opinion out there even if I have nothing to do with it.
It seems like it originated outside of LS, but was brought in by Poring, not Keryan. If Poring called her whitey again during a sky run then blame it on someone else in the linkshell without giving a name for her to take it to instead of bring it up in linkshell, then it becomes linkshell business. Yes, bring it to a leader "may" of been better, however it probably wouldn't of resolved much and in the end she still would not know who said it.
Yes, I do feel Keryan overreacted or "jumped the gun" by saying she was going to drop her pearl in 5 seconds. I also know that she can overreact and jump the gun as she's done it before because of someone in my linkshell before. But since she knew who said what, it didn't become a whole linkshell problem and I knew who directly to speak to about the situation. However, I do feel it should of still been brought to the linkshell's attention (in your linkshell's case.) Even if a leader asked who said it in shell, there still probably wouldn't be someone stepping up to it.
Now this is what I really didn't understand. I don't feel any leader should even open their mouth to anyone about someone getting kicked until the decision is final. There shouldn't of been "wording something wrong" in the first place because they shouldn't of said she's being kicked without knowing if it was final or not. Giving a warning like "If you keep this up, we'll have to kick you" or "Stop causing drama because it's against the rules" would of been fine. But even saying that her possible kick from shell was in discussion before knowing if you were going to do it or not shouldn't of happened.
Obviously he was quiet. He knew that if there was more drama, he was going to be kicked. But if this is completely "drama-free," which I feel it isn't possible to have a linkshell completely drama-free 100% of the time, then he should of been kicked for starting Kery's drama in the first place. It never would of happened if he didn't call her whitey, correct?
Now I know you guys may not agree with how we run the shell, but if it originated outside of the shell, the stance is that it is not in the sky leadership's jurisdiction but rather the GMs.
After all thats one of the reasons as to why they are there, is it not?

Now this is where it gets rather interesting.
From what I understand, Keryan had been speaking to one of the leaders during the run while it went on as planned. Somewhere in the conversation, the leader realized he worded something wrong and then added a clarification to it.
This is where she jumped the gun again.
Few seconds later, Keryan decided to say her goodbyes in the ls, saying how she was kicked already and what not.
She had made another ultimatum saying by Wednesday she will decide whether to stay in the ls or not.

After the both of them were warned, he was actually quiet during the run which resulted in the agreement that he would get a warning. If he messes up again, he would be kicked.
