i love to see drg pets get more subjob abilitys/spells. Like if you sub ninja the dragon will use ichi spells, or if brd will use songs. Also whould love to see diffent color pets. Love the white pets of sea. Also bst need to be able to summon wyvern the big ones like in dynamis xarcabard. and rdm need regen II and banish. They need more divine type spells.
The Wyvern's in Dynamis Xarc are BST pets, not DRG pets. People keep getting mixed up by that.

Aside from the omnidirectional counter which I think would be more trouble to program then what it's worth, doesnt seem like a bad idea Black.

Edit: Oh, and as a general change, I'd let bards offhand a dagger. Only daggers though, no reduction in delay, but would give access to quested weaponskills (Eviseration/Mercy Stroke) provided you had them obviously.

its sorta sad that a ls leader has the same icon as a pearl holder

let us be able to see sacks and ls shells on each person to help differentiate from the pearl members

plus it would look cool as well

That's already implemented, you just have to check the person. Would be nice to see the linkshell directly beside the name instead of a pearl.

thats what i meant dowser lol sorry i can be vague at times

In response to Tagrineth:
  1. Works for me!
  2. Maybe so, but I'd still like to see it, I mean even the original EverQuest had robes even though they didn't flow.
  3. Many people have said they want male mithra. Many people would rather current manthra to be distinguishable. Female Galkas... I think I'm gonna hurl!
  4. No immunity, other beastmen would shun them for siding with us & consider them traitors. Oh and for the record... WoW sux...
  5. Ninja would not as they would still be able to use 2 Utsusemi spells as they already do to avoid nearly all damage. Or hell... give both jobs provoke.
  6. Again.. WoW sux... But what I had in mind was more of a few minor race ability differences that have no place in battle... Example: Mithra having a slightly higher movement speed.
  7. Again WoW sux... Jumping & Swimming is not cosmetic. If we could swim underwater, mobs, sunken ships, underwater caves, underwater dungeons with air sealed inside, etc. could be implemented. The dungeon idea alone could lead to a new expansion.
  8. /Nod
  9. Ya but that's all part of gambling. The job match up might not mean a thing if one of the contenders is having an off-day, doesn't know how to release the full potential of his job combo, or isn't quick enough to react.
  10. Having the player's character not showing up would help avoid angering you, or tempting you to do god knows what.. It may also be good if it would hide your character from them as well.
  11. Most people wouldn't think to look at the search comment, because most people don't do a /sea all (name) & select the person, causing their search message to appear. Most players just instantly type them a message, so the autoresponse would be nice.
  12. Individuality is a great thing, we need more of it!
  13. /Nod
  14. Cosmetic yes, but it would be nice none-the-less.
  15. Actually FF7 had the knights attack one at a time, I'm talking about a circle raising their swords together & stricking together at the center. True Strike.
  16. Make it only function within dungeons? o.0
  17. I don't know of any job that can heal or cure status effects quite as good, plus it would releave some of their MP consumption during alliance fights or after a wipe.
  18. /Nod
  19. How would it be lag unless you just had a crap PC? It wouldn't effect other players, other players wouldn't see it, only you. This would be a client-side improvement. Well I take that back... I play PC & have a friend who plays on XBox360 & when I was in Yuhtunga with him his graphics seemed to run in slow motion, so it could effect PS2, XBox360 & just utterly crap PCs. PS2 users could possibly just boot up on PS3 maybe.
  20. I take it you've never tried EverQuest 2 or know anyone who has. I played a little before & after FFXI & when you zoned, if a map was overcrowded a standby server would be temporarily designated lets say as Valkurm Dunes 2. The only negative thing about this feature in EQ2 is that when server 1 is no longer overcrowded, server 2 goes back to standby & bumps everyone onto server 1. Something to think about fixing, but still the concept of 2nd instances, etc. is nice. Think about it... if Ve'Lugannon Palace gets overcrowded due to multiple linkshells trying to get Ulli thx to RMT monopolizing it, a 2nd Ve'Lugannon Palace will open up & Ulli would spawn same time on both servers, taking Ulli out of the RMT circle. The only thing left to figure out would be the TOD & respawn time.
  21. PLD DMG just freaking blows, I mean... I bet a PUP's automaton could do better dmg & if so... that's just wrong.
  22. Well, this one may require some extra thinking, but what about having a linkshell safe? A leader could use this rather then perhaps paying an extra $1 a month for another mule devoted strictly for linkshell use. A leader could perhaps also set a code for each item in the safe, that way if a leader wants to give a certain member an item, they can just give them the code so the member can go to the safe, enter the code, get the item, but nothing else.
  23. Heck... just change the pitch or something, add an extra sound, remix it!
  24. You can't quite edit your playlist, equalizer settings, etc. while in-game with WinAmp. The 1st EverQuest eventually, after a few expansions, added this feature. Oh this reminds me... It would also be nice if we could change up the GUI. You know... resposition the things that appear on our screen, have a 2nd or even 3rd chat box, filter what appears in each chat box, create our own GUI images (alter the appearance of buttons, chatbox backgrounds, borders, etc.).
  25. Lag is in all online games. Lag even effects the rest of the game, so what's the big deal? I don't see a difference, or reason to push this one aside.
  26. But yet... I've tried to outpost warp from Bastok Metalworks to Zi'Tah while Windurst or San d'Oria has control & Li'Telor was not a warp option.
  27. Hey, unless item# 20 is implemented, I don't see any other way RMT is gonna give up their monopoly on Ulli anytime soon.
  28. You shoulda re-read this one. I stated that upon growing larger & stronger, that the Wyvern would not be seen except when in battle & only for the moment it attacks, in which it temporarily comes down from the skies.
  29. A small reduction. /Nod
  30. Maybe true, but at the higher levels it takes way longer to kill easy prey, decent challenge, etc., which really are understatements. Easy Prey at like 60+ is more like Tough. It would be nice if BST wasn't the only real job to solo. I personally dislike soloing & prefer parties, but a little solo action wouldn't hurt when bored.
  31. This would only be in effect for jobs that reach 75 & max buffer. WHMs would not be out of their jobs. Duh!, who's gonna heal us in the endgame? Who's gonna keep the tanks up? Who's gonna remove status effects? I could go on...
  32. WAR was only an example & it doesn't have to be given to WAR. It would just be nice for some other jobs to have it & not be monopolized by NIN.
  33. Please speak english. I can only assume the game WoW is once again part of one of your responses.
  34. Not so, since certain items can only be crafted by someone with high level in that craft. Besides, rediculous amounts are being placed on said items, like double-digit millions.
  35. That it would, plus it would make switching out gear a breeze since you wouldn't have to find & pick each piece out of your safe. Just walk up to your mannequin wearing say... your RDM gear, target it, select "Gear Swap".
  36. Some emote animations just don't even look right. Have you ever seen a Mithra /sigh? We circle our toe in the dirt... that's more of a /pout. /Sigh is more like your shoulders going down, your head tilting down, your eyes closing, your arms going limp & you letting out a breath of air from your mouth.
  37. I was thinking it would be good for screenshots, roleplaying, paladins, etc. ::the linkshell paladins line up & kneel before their leader as he/she spouts out instructions/orders for the upcoming fight::.
  38. Players would not have to go to a city, crowd around an auction house, induce lag, put as much pressure on servers.
  39. And more individuality =^_^=.
  40. /Nod
  41. Well maybe galka could get dual wield naturally instead then. Think about it... Galka goes to buy new 2-handed weapon, price is too high, or item not in stock, Galka finds 2 1-handed weapons for a little cheaper, does about the same damage as the 2-handed weapon he was looking for.
  42. Meh?
  43. Hellz yes it would.
  44. /Nod

3. But the storyline would prevent male mithras. And, if your ridiculous changes to races and, say, the galka dual wield were implemented, people would want to play galka, and suddenly galka is omg male only! It's the same concept and a double standard.

5. And PLD/NIN would have both utsusemis AND provoke at high levels, as well as significantly better survivability while shadows are down. NIN would be completely GONE.

6. Mithra is already the "best" race for thief due to higher dex and agi. If Mithra could get higher movement speed naturally, they'd become the ultimate puller on Thief, and become the unquestionable best kiters on PLD NIN or basically any other job, especially if the natural movement bonus stacked with gear. And, if it didn't stack with gear, that would make some gear completely worthless for mithra, giving them an unfair ability to wear even better gear in those slots (ie wearing something besides Wlegs on PLD for more enmity while kiting).

7. Areas like this could already be done if SE wanted to. They could easily create an underwater zone with some kind of special casing for water that doesn't block movement, but I don't see what purpose that would serve with no ability to breathe underwater. etc.

11. People don't even pay attention to search comments when inviting for parties, what would make your away message any different, frankly?

15. It's still basically going "Waah KTR had knight animations in FF7, why aren't they in FF11"... but it doesn't matter because an incredibly small number of players will ever see the WS, and it sucks anyway.

16. Still way too good. Get one person to Fafnir, and your whole linkshell is now there. Get one person to kirin's room, now your whole linkshell is too. Etc.

19. PS3 won't affect PS2 game performance. And the lag won't be so much from system speed but from networking... though an overlay like that wouldn't be as cheap for performance as a compass.

20. NMs would make this even worse. People would deliberately crowd zones for certain NMs to pop multiple times.

21. That might be because PLD isn't designed to deal damage and has no built in damage boosting abilities, nor does it have any exclusive high damage gear. This is deliberate. PLD is not a DD job. It is a tank. Not every job can do everything. Or do you think BLM should get merits that can increase its melee potential too? How about WHM? I know, let's give DRK merits that let it main heal better while we're at it.

24. Shrug. I can do all this with Windower.

25. Like I said, it depends if chocobo racing is automated. If it's automated - once it starts, the bird's stats are all that matter - then lag will not be a factor. Your suggestion would most definitely include lag as a huge factor. It would also make bots potentially able to dominate the races over regular players.

26. Might have been because of beastman control, but earlier today to go to Dynamis, I OP'd to Ronfaure from Bastok and Ronfaure hasn't been bastok controlled since I got that outpost.

27. #20 wouldn't affect RMT situations, and neither would this. RMT would still kill the NMs and sell the right to lot the rare/ex. Or, they'd pop the gods themselves and sell the right to lot the rare/ex god drops... or just sell the money drops from the gods. Rare/ex doesn't solve SHIT. There's an entire thread on the topic right here on QCDN, and have been several on other boards. It's a bad idea.

28. Their stats go up anyway. I like having my little buddy floating beside me. =/

30. Perma NPC would make many jobs able to solo EM+ easily, possibly for good xp. Would also make some mobs far too easy to farm.

31. "Applying for dynamis LS" "Is your xp capped?" "No" "GTFO till you cap it" Bad idea. Bad idea. Bad idea. Bad idea. XP loss still exists at 75 for a good reason. Eliminating it would be extremely bad. Reraise/zerg would become the de facto standard for killing ANYTHING YOU WANTED TO KILL.

32. Name all the job abilities that are shared between multiple jobs. Let's see... a couple stat bonuses, Stealth... I can't think of anything beyond those. There's a reason why - it's what subjobs are for, and is one of this game's core mechanics/features.

33. Lowering the time needed and people required to kill things would make the game significantly easier. GB2 = go back to. WOW = world of warcraft. You apparently dislike WOW but you want to make FFXI significantly easier and simpler. WOW is easier and simpler, and you made a few other suggestions in line with WOW. So go play WOW. Get out of this game if you don't like how hard it can be.

34. In that case, the price of the base item would increase significantly. The reason they charge so bloody much for the HQ result is because they are rare and highly sought after. HQ cursed items are one of the few shots crafters really have left for big money returns. Unless people suddenly started paying NQ items for their actual value rather than a severely undercut amount, crafting would become virtually useless. Nobody would bother with it unless specifically asked, and nobody would level it because there would be no profit to make up for the millions lost leveling.

38. Still wouldn't make any difference. Most of the lag using the AH is from the AH indexing and lookup itself, not from the players around it. Besides, there are lots of options for low-lag Jeuno AH access... very few people use the Safehold access, for one.

41. No. This would BREAK galka from a melee standpoint.

actually Tag in regards to #5, Nins wouldn't be completely gone they would just shift to a "fighter mage" like a blu or drk. (kind of what the original specs on the job was to be before introduced). Enfeebling magic and element damage along with melee capabilities would make the job a very strong "drk" that never needs refresh. Besides nin/drk and nin/brd works well even without provoke.
Just my thoughts...

Anyways to the point of this thread, I would like to see a weapons skill specific to each race (at like lvl 75) and have a lvl 4 SC. or at least some “race ability” with like a 24hr timer. But something because really a Galkan and a Tarutaru have completely different strengths and weaknesses and i would like to see something to separate them other then size

My NIN is only 56, but the damage from my elemental wheel is already starting to suck and I'm meleeing more to keep damage up; so I'm not sure how successful they'd really be as a "fighter mage." Even if they were successful, they'd be far less desired than other jobs for both enfeebling and damage. They wouldn't be dead in that no one would ever level the job, just almost no one would play it anymore; like drg.

Plus it'd be ridiculously expensive.

Isotope, I agree with Tag about the exp loss thing. If you never lost exp after you hit 75, then WHM would bring very little to the table for endgame. Yes, we can cure better than anyone, but other jobs can do an excellent job like rdm or smn's(if they ever get the stick out of their ass about it). Yeah, you'd lose Cure 5, but you don't often need to cure that much HP and usually if you're casting cure 5, someone else is too and you don't get the full amount of HP from the two cures, so people using lesser cures would accomplish the same thing.

Exp loss is designed to induce a punishment for dying, it wouldn't make sense to just remove the punishment because you're the max level; especially when there's spells designed to reduce the punishment. That's also why there is reraise sickness, to stop zombie zerging anything you fight; it's a punishment and it's part of the game.

still it be nice if you were bst....*cough* (joke)

I think nin should get a tier III elemental nuke like kale i think mentioned before I might actually be drawn to the job but a job that doesnt have enough of a certain "depth" in each area doesnt really draw me to it the lack of magical prowess as a nin just keeps me away from it, doesnt gimp nins a bit since its better to focus on melee it just be nice....

Yea, but unlike a proper teir III... Teir II outdamages it when using the standard NIN casting style (wheel). >_>

Not to mention having to forgo Sange and/or Tool Expertise to get them at a worthwhile power.

also dont they take longer to cast?

Isotope said:
  1. Add another set of Lv.75 armor for each job that for the most part exceeds AF & relic. (Example: PLD: Females get dressed similar to the style clothing of the Valkyrie from Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, while males get dressed similar to Balmung from the .Hack// anime series.)
  2. Add flowing leg armor pieces such as skirts, long skirts, lower piece to robe, etc. (I know the game engine is different so it may not exactly "flow" perfectly)
  3. Add Male Mithra & give current mithra option to switch genders upon logging in after patch. Male mithra will be a bit more furry & a new cutscene will become viewable by speaking with a certain NPC that will show how male mithra have now been made to be more plentiful. (Think Rei from Breath of Fire III or VI)
  4. Make several beastmen races & new ones available for play. A new starting city for beastmen would be created in addition.
  5. Give PLD Provoke so can take advantage of other sub jobs & remove NIN's requirement to purchase Ninja tools. NIN would not be receiving Utsusemi:San & PLD would be able to Provoke & possibly sub NIN for Utsusemi: Ichi & Dual Wield.
  6. Give each race a quest to complete, during which they will learn about their races past & obtain new race-specific traits/abilities.
  7. Add ability to jump & swim underwater.
  8. If players type "PvP (matchname) (password)", all players who typed it with the correct matchname & password the original initiating player chose, will be temp. logged out from current server & sent to instance of desired map to duke it out. (Not everyone likes ballista, plus this makes for easier 1v1)
  9. Add an arena which would allow spectators to gamble their Gil on the outcome.
  10. Once a player is added to your blacklist, his/her character will no longer appear on your screen. If the blacklisted player is in a PT you are invited to, upon receiving a PT invite, you will be 1st warned.
  11. Allow players to set an away message when setting their status to AFK. Once someone tries to send them a message, the away message will be sent in response to the person.
  12. Add hair style, hair dye & makeup NPCs in Jeuno & Aht Urghan. NPC will allow you to pay a fee to alter your hair coloring, hair style &/or face (including new styles, hair colors & faces. Think blue, cyan, hot pink, green, etc.).
  13. Receive trophies for competing in sanctioned PvP tournaments. (various trophy categories)
  14. Animated weapon graphics.
  15. For the weaponskill "Knights of the Round" have colorful ghosts of former knights encircle the mob, then all at once, raise their swords & bring them crashing down on the mob.
  16. Add a spell for BLM & RDM that would allow them to summon a party member from across the map.
  17. Give PLD Raise 2.
  18. Allow linkshell leader to assign titles to certain officers & members that will appear when viewing the linkshell member list, letting members know who is in charge of what, or just create silly titles for certain members.
  19. Add mini-rotating map with compass in place of current compass. Dots will still appear to warn of nearby monsters & players, but red dots will also appear to show how nearby you may be to a marker you set on the larger map.
  20. Create multiple instances of the same map. Upon zoning to the next map, a box will appear allowing you to choose which instance you wish to join. (ex. Aht Urghan Whitegate 2)
  21. Give PLD merits to alter their damage output to where it can come somewhat close to a normal DD, but not too close. (Don't want everyone going PLD)
  22. Add a Guild Hall in Ru'Lude Gardens where members may enter the dwelling of their equipped linkshell.
  23. With each new expansion, update the music in each area, or at least each city & town. (Bagpipes gettin' old)
  24. Add MP3 player.
  25. Change Chocobo racing (although hasn't been released yet), to where players ride chocobo as normal, but at a higher speed, on a track setup on an outdoor map & can control the chocobo.
  26. Allow outpost warping to anywhere supply quest has been completed, reguardless if another nation has control.
  27. Make items used to spawn Byakko, Seiryu, etc. Rare Ex.
  28. Make DRG pets age over time until they reach larger size & begin doing more meleeing. Upon growing larger the wyvern will not appear unless meleeing during a fight, at which point it will swoop down from high in the sky to attack temporarily.
  29. Make Relic Weapons + Shield a little bit easier to obtain by lowering the ancient currency requirements for upgrades.
  30. Allow Fellowship NPCs to zone to different maps with you & not have a time limit for resummoning them with Signal Pearl. Even after logging, you may resummon your NPC. If your NPC dies in battle, you have to wait a real-life week before able to resummon as they rest up in the infirmary.
  31. Once maximum exp is reached at lvl 75, exp lose can no longer occur. (unless the max. level is later increased with an expansion)
  32. Allow the game to be windowed & minimized.
  33. Add Dual Wield to the job traits of several other jobs such as WAR.
  34. Remove the need to have purchased pickaxes, etc. Randomly spawn a multitude of rocks to mine, wood to chop, etc. like in EverQuest 2.
  35. Alter the damage dealt by players so that fights take less time & less people are needed for some larger scale events such as Dynamis.
  36. In order to high quality certain items (ex: Cursed Schaller), one must complete a tedious quest for a legendary craftsman, trade the item, it gets HQed.
  37. Make mannequins easily craftable by woodworkers & allow players to alter the pose from within their mog house. Mannequins will give no bonuses & the max. # you can put in Mog is 20.
  38. Add a bunch more emotes & animations.
  39. Make the emote /kneel not wear off until the player moves their character.
  40. Get rid of the auction house. Players will hand their items to their Moogle, players will search for the gear they want via the game menu, a screen with search results will appear listing the name of the player selling said item & how much it goes for. Player will be able to purchase the item directly from the menu.
  41. Add more movement animations for each attack, emote, etc. to each race, even copy some from one race to another. Allow players to choose within their moghouse which animation will play for what. This feature will include the choice of where weapons will appear when dual wielding, on their back or on their sides. (This will create better individuality & help inspire some macros)
  42. Add bonuses to players wearing a complete set of armor, including ones already released.
  43. Galka will be able to dual wield larger 2-handed weapons but will take a reduction in DMG & DLY on each weapon when doing so.
  44. Add Necromancer job & a bunch of gothic & evil looking gear. (Think ArkAngels)
  45. Give PLD Reraise II.
  46. Get more GMs & work on better training for them. They should have some GMs investigating possible leads on RMT.
Will add when I think of more...

1. Won't happen, SE doesn't want to shaft every single person that has invested years in dynamis.

2. The technology for this is there, and capes as well. And wouldn't be hard to implement if SE had no hardware restrictions for PS2 (actually they already some of these features on NPC's, such as the Quiver on the Mithra Ranger). Most of the restrictions are because of lack of memory which is being hogged by SE's poor programming, if they took six months to refactor their engine code and make it more efficient then this might be possible.

3. Would be cool but would mess up a lot of storyline and backstory.

4. They already made the frogs, and there may be more to come as ToAU is supposidely far from over.

5. PLD's are already powerful enough.

6. Sounds cool, new abilities in my arsenal are always welcome for a Ninja like me.

7. Jumping would be easy and more realistic, swimming would be cool but not necessary.

8. Too much work for SE which typically seems to not like programming work and prefer making everything design based. I mean they still don't have the player transfer program setup which they said they were programming over a year ago.

9. Awesome idea, and might actually be in the works from what I heard... although gambling gil won't be the exact function most likely.

10. Won't happen, this could be easily abused by blacklisting everyone at a HNM camp and making the zone lag free.

11. Would be nice, I would also like it if the player wouldn't show up in search if they set themselves to invisible status. This would also deter "search whoring".

12. People have asked for this for a long time. I think it would put more stress on the servers though with people saving character data even more often.

13. I think anything promoting competition and individuality based on skill in combat is a cool idea (ie. I like to fuck people up and make them cry irl, care bears die!).

14. Im guessing you mean something like World of Warcraft where high level or rare weapons have glow effects and such? I actually wish something like this existed as well, but think how much more lag you would see in congested cities... this is once again like #2 in which SE's programming sucks balls and would make the game unplayable with added consistent FX or graphics.

15. Keep in mind that this WS is not the same as the Summon from FF7, they are entirely different and have different names. It would be cool but then again it would be too cool for the rest of the Relic WS's and SE would need to make the rest of em look just as awesome.

16. Hmmm like Telekinesis? This would be more of a Time Mage sort of move wouldn't it?

17. I generally don't like anything that helps people not lose XP... people should have to work for their levels, it's way to easy to level up nowadays and NA's are so lazy about setting up parties to do it.

18. The linkshell system in general needs a major overhaul but SE has stated that it was one of the first things they implemented and the code would be hard to change or modify. I don't think their online webpage thing is gonna make it any better either.

19. Good idea, but once again this is more graphically intensive then the current already bogged down game we see already.

20. This would be too much. SE would have to invest a lot of money into twice or even three times as many servers as they already have, and they are not cheap (talking like 500K USD for a server cluster on the low side and SE has rooms filled of these for all the servers they run).

21. PLD's are not DD's... if they want to DD they should have to invest a lot more money into gear then a normal DD has to invest. Not every job is meant to be well rounded that's why you alliance with a selection of jobs that compliment eachother.

22. This wont work in one zone, if SE were to do something like this it would have to work along the lines of how Star Wars Galaxies does their Guild system. Buy a plot of land somewhere in a non-city zone and build a headquarters there which you must pay an upkeep fee for.

23. Sound mastering takes a lot of time and money.

24. MP3 player would be a cool thing but SE is in the business of trying to keep their players in a fantasy universe and not one with tools that remind the player of the real world.

25. Players won't be able to race their Chocobo's on a track for money etc because as SE stated it would be easy to cheat with 3rd party app's to win consistently. Remember that all player movement is held client side where it is very easily manipulated.

26. Your already allowed to do this as long as its not beastmen controlled. It's to promote people to level in a varying degree of areas and not hammer one area full of PT's.

27. This would be a good idea, but what if the person collecting them can't make it one day or something? Or if a player who has some items quits your LS and cannot return them?

28. Too graphically intensive... large mobs = large lag

29. NO, they are already pretty friggen common if you look how many are on each server (check FFXI wiki). There not meant to be an easy accomplishment, their supposed to MEAN SOMETHING unlike every other piece of gear in the game nowadays.

30. I think at least part of this is being worked on already.

31. No... players should have to continue to party to keep their level. This game revolves around storyline in which we are adventurers which must continue to hone our skills in end game to keep our skills on par with the best in Vana'Diel, this suggestion would destroy everything adventurers are supposed to stand for.

32. FUCK YES PLZ

33. NO, why the fuck does everyone want everything NIN has, stop taking our individuality away.

34. Money has to flow out of the economy, this is one of the ways it happens.

35. No, I don't see why you don't like the team dynamic a game like this has to offer, the game is designed to be like this, it is one of its foundations... you take it away and then you have WoW or any other MMORPG in a different fantasy world.

36. So now you wanna put crafters out of business? The existence of these high level synths are imperitive for people to continue making money after spening tens of millions to get that high in level.

37. Meh... its not exactly hard to get Mannequins as it is, and it's another way to make money leave the economy.

38. Sound good, wouldn't be hard on the game's engine either.

39. Yea I never understood this one either. I really wish I could keep kneeling.

40. Um this is a massive game altering change that is more of a pipe dream then anything that could ever happen on this list.

41. I don't think this would be a bad idea, but would require a lot of new programming that I doubt SE is prepared to do.

42. Assault armor already has this. However how would this help with making players look different from one another like your trying to push for in above points?

43. That could work if balanced correctly.

44. I would prefer if the emo's of the game didn't get their wish.

45. No, PLD's need to suck it up and buy Reraise Hairpins like everyone else.

46. Training is not what GM's need, they need to be paid more and given more power/responsibility to make their own decisions and not be so bogged down with rules and regulations they have to abide by.

GM dave does not need more power

Just as a side note about the whole "No more AH, make it a moogle / game menu thing", SE has stated that the most server intensive aspect of the game is the Auction House. It probably wouldn't be feasible from a networking standpoint to decentralize the AH.
