Please note the schedule per the QCDN Dynamis thread:
12/20
Perseverance 2:00pm EST - Windurst
Insurrection 2:00pm EST - Xarcabard **Leaving early to avoid Conflict w/ Dreams**
Dreams 5:00pm EST - Xarcabard
KumoriYochi 6:45pm EST - Bastok
PerfectAtaraxia 7:30pm EST - Beaucedine
Invictus 8:30pm EST - Tavnazia
Vilkacis 9:00pm EST - San d'Oria
The shell I lead is Dreams. During the December scheduling process, Insurrection resolved conflicts with other shells, and in the process scheduled a Dynamis run for 12/20, 3 hours before our run, knowing that it could perhaps conflict with our scheduled time.
As such, the above was noted from their leader that they would leave early to avoid conflict with our shell, publicly for all to see.
Apparently, another shell entered before their run and prevented them from entering at their desired time, which obviously forced Insurrection to continue their run during our scheduled time. Without communication to me or the leadership of Dreams, they continued their run disregarding any form of courtesy.
I communicated these issues 15 minutes after our scheduled time, noting that their glass had another 15 minutes left. They continued to obtain extentions and basically disregarded my comments (which did not include any profanity or disrespect).
Mistakes do happen. I'm well aware of this. However, to publicly state that they were well aware of the potential conflict during scheduling process, and intentionally not making good on their promise, I feel, is disrespectful to me and the members of my shell who are now waiting 1 hour longer becacuse of a circumstance that could have been possibly avoided.
If someone stole my zone, as a Leader, I feel it's a courtesy to ensure that no other shells feel the cascading impacts of the domino effect. I wish that others would extend similar courtesy to the 20 of my members as I have done to theirs.
The leader I was trying to resolve issues with was Hrud.
